I felt like the price for the needed igniter was inflated, but they got the furnace up and going quickly. Their $75 trip charge was good for a weekend however. Their customer service was excellent.

Stephen was a joy to work with professional courteous and extremely prompt. Needed a new 4 ton unit to replace one that died Monday evening. I had a new unit installed the next day by 1 pm. You can't ask for any BETTER! Oh wait yes you can it was at GREAT PRICE!

Stephen is incredibly knowledgeable. Quickly determined the issue with our AC and immediately got to work on the solution. Turn around time was fast and we were able to resume comfortable temperatures again within the hour. Highly recommend Premier and will use them again and again! We also signed up for regular maintenance and tune ups going forward.
