We have been Premier Comfort Club Members since 2018. Back in November, technician Jason came into our home for service. Within days we had substantial water damage. Another technician came over that evening to inspect the air handler and pump. I do not know what he did, but he said maybe the pump had been plugged into an outlet in the attic that did not have power or that shut off with the attic light. In any case, everything was working fine until Jason did his maintenance and then we had a major water leak in our attic. The ceiling, walls, and carpet had to be ripped out. Our emails and phone calls were not returned from Sofia. Premier Comfort Service, Inc. never took responsibility for the damage, only offered a small amount of money to defray our costs.

Premier Comfort, in my opinion, is the best in the business. Customer coordination, professionalism, quality of work , and price are outstanding. Of special note is the professionalism of every single technician that has serviced my A/C including my latest technician, Anthony D., who was a pleasure to deal with in terms of knowledge, care to inform customer of all work being done with much time spent in assuring my awareness of all pertinent information in a friendly and professional manner. He is a true asset to the company.

Technician was professional. He walked me thru every step. Other contractors don't. That says allot about this technician, loyal, trustworthy and courteous.

Took several days to get repair person out, but the person who came out, like all previous service people from this company, was excellent.

They send qualified technicians very quickly and they are diligent about finding and fixing the problem. Also, they stand behind their warranty work and correct problem free of charge.

Everyone is very professional and courteous from the people who answer the phone to the service technicians. They scheduled a same day appointment on a holiday, the technician showed up exactly when they said he would, thoroughly evaluated everything that needed to be done, and he was extremely knowledgeable. Also scheduled the work to be done promptly. I couldn't be happier with the service or the pricing.

They didn't show up for appointment causing me to wait 3 hours for nothing. I called them and was told there was a screw up. They apologized and we rescheduled. They came 3 days later at the scheduled time. When they arrived and assessed the job (replacing a shower faucet handle) the plumber said he would charge only a "nominal" fee. When he was done I learned that the nominal fee was $200 which seemed very high. The handle they installed came loose the first time I used. Additionally, when I tested the water temperature it didn't seem to be hot enough, which the plumbers asst said was as hot as it was going to get-the plumber was already out the door. They were courteous and professional however the cost vs the quality of the work done was an issue.

Unfortunately they were not on time and we had to call and reschedule.

Talk about stress!! Broken pipe on Saturday afternoon and called Premier. Dispatch was super nice and master plumber was kind and efficient. They came out and fixed everything on the same day! Extremely pleases and would highly recommend.
