They are not prepared to deal with home systems, DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!!!!

Three things are missing: 1) The issues were caused by issues with the existing network having conflicts due to two router being in play (this causes duplicate IP addresses) as well as initial slow internet speed. 2) We were never allowed to fully troubleshoot the existing network (in place before we arrived) to attempt to fix the existing network. 3) A full refund was issued. Refunded in full.

Premier was able to come over almost immediately after I called them. They got the job done in a timely manner. Cost was high but I didnâ t have time to price shop. Overall very happy w them and will consider them again for future needs.

I wanted to have two lines of Cat 6a run through some walls from my office to the ISP's router. The Office provided me a written estimate rapidly and professionally. (The only vendor that I contacted that could provide a written estimate)! The work crew was well prepared and worked quickly and efficiently on the install. I got to watch and I was impressed with how quickly they operated. Their pace was measured, well thought out and not frenetic but they knew what they were doing and finished quickly. I'm out in Orlando, but the team was able to schedule the work within 3 business days of my submitting a signed approval for the work. I was impressed with how quickly I was put on the calendar. Plus the Cat 6a is definitely a big improvement over using WiFi for internet service. Very Satisfied. They did a great job.

We just moved to our new Home in Melbourne and I needed a CAT5 cable ran from AT&T's equipment to my Home office computer. Jojo and Kenyon arrived on time.
