Great service

This companyâ s service is HORRIBLE. I spoke with one of their representatives about how I wanted my tv mounted specifically stating more the once that I wanted all the cables hidden behind the wall, sound bar plus speakers installed and the lady I was speaking to assured me both times that it could be done along with them providing the TV mount for my 70in which would be all included in the only cost of $250. I asked as well as reiterated if there were no additional cost for how I wanted everything to be done and again she stated everything I was asking for was included in that $250 cost. When the day of my installment came I received a call from the same woman addressing that now all of a sudden the TV mount wasn't included in the $250 cost that she 1st guaranteed. She stated it would be an additional cost of $89 for them to provide the mount. I was trying to be lenient and understanding of the mishap so I told her it's okk I will accept the additional cost for the mount. I then asked her again were there any additional extra cost especially since I want the wires hidden behind the wall not visible and again she guaranteed me that service was included in that $250 installation cost. Once the service tech came to my home I let him know where as well as how I wanted my TV mounted with all the cables behind the wall and he then stated that wasn't on his work order that I wanted the cables hidden as well as he didn't even have the parts to perform that service because that would be an additional cost of $65 on top of the service fee and TV mount. I then proceeded to call back into their office to find out why I would be getting charged an additional cost of $65 when I just spoke to the representative earlier that day assuring me that putting the cables behind the wall was no extra cost and all included in the guaranteed agreed upon price of $250 that was stated more then twice. The new representative I talked to was no help with even being understanding of the horrible customer service I continuously received and the numerous broken verbal agreements that one of their own employees performed towards me. With all the horrible customer service that I received and was guaranteed I would have at least expected for them to take care of the additional cost that was assured to me multiple times but the representative kept stating that it wasn't him I talked to and he would not give the name of the representative woman that made all these assurances to me. After speaking with him and seeing that this company's customer service was horrible all around and fraudulent with all the upfront cost. This company is like a scam, they tell you everything is included in the one time only cost of $250 then once you agree believing that everything is included in that cost they send their technician out stating that what you want will be an additional cost on top of what was promised, not even care about the multiple mistakes that was made or the numerous broken agreements but most importantly your time they waisted. If Home Advisor refers you to this company I advise you all to RUN because they will waist your time, once at your home tell you that they will need to charge you additionally for costs that weren't made aware to you upfront and provide you with horrible customer service!!! These people will waist your time and attempt to scam you for more money then what was agreed upon! This is the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED, BEEN PROVIDED OR SEEN BEFORE!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!
