Did the job well but put wrong color shingles on roof without discussing with me.

"color was discontinued so we used the closest match to the original color. Customer hired a painter to paint house and he spilled paint all over roof. The customer expected Premier to replace the entire roof for free when there were these shingles available. Premier stands behind their work but not anyone elses mistakes. The painting contractor should fix the issue."

Jim was great to work with. Had some problems arrise and Jim was right there to make things right. He is a very professional business man. I am pleased with the outcome of my project and all the time Jim took to make everything right. Would use him again.

It took a little longer than I expected to finish but the weather had alot to do with that with the rain we had. They were very professional and did not rush through the job which is more important to me having it done right then quick. Was very reasonable with the pricing even when they found another layer to the roof that wasnt in the estimate he quoted a fair price on it and held up to it. My house wasnt very accessible with no street access and up a hill on the front and down a hill on the back. They cleaned up all the trash having to carry it in trash cans to the truck. I am very pleased with the work that they did.

I read poor reviews before I started this project, so shame on me for not believing them. I was disappointed with the planning around the project, primarily with crews who stated when they would be on site and were no-shows. Calls to the crew leaders and to the owner went unanswered. By far the most disappointing experience was after I gave them a check (at 150% of the quote price given unplanned material costs) before promised clean up. I got a flat tie from materials left behind, stopped payment on the check, and received a violent diatribe from the owner before having the opportunity to explain the situation. NOT RECOMMENDED.

"Customer first of all bounced a check to me so it started off on a bad note all I can say is look at the other 43 ratings on here I don't see any poor reviews so I don't understand, it seems someone was trying to get something for nothing again. customer also expected service on sunday that is the day she called we cant work every day."

Outstanding, professional service, the owner, Jim was easy to work with, offered the services required at a fair price. The actual installers, his roofers and all of his subs, such as "Celibrity Gutters" were exceptional. Highly recommend.

The end result of their work 3 egress windows installed in a basement was great. They did an enormous amount of work in what I felt was a very short period of time, as well. They were courteous to my family. One thing for Jim and Mark when you are talking to your customers, please allow them to finish their thoughts before you cut them off. It's a small thing, but it can be exasperating. Thanks for the great work guys.

Product and installation were exactly as promised. Very professional workers and cleaned up as they installed windows and also when they finished. Didn't leave any mess at all and helped move furniture to get to windows and then put everything back in place. We would definately contact them for another job.

Premier Exteriors - Jim & his crew - did a fantastic job on our composite deck! Workmanship & quality was second to none! Workers were extremely professional, capable, and hard-working. Also, in addition to the deck, window repair-related work was done, a very "value-added" service. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone with similar needs. I would be happy to be used as a "show site" for prospective area deck buyers.

Jim and his crew really turned our backyard into a paradise. His ideas were wonderful, and we were very satisfied with the work that his crew did on our deck. It took a little longer than expected, but well worth the wait. We were always able to get a hold of him, and he returned our phone calls right away. My home improvement is gorgeous! I am thrilled with everything that they did. They have responded to my calls for a couple of very minor things that needed some touch-up, and they have been taken care of. I am thrilled and will definitely call them again for other home improvements!

They ran into some problems with my bathroom because the house was so old, plus the remodel that was done before was not done the best way. They spent extra time and alittle more money than they thought. They did not charge me more than the original contract, because when they give their word they keep it. I did not pay until the job was completely done. I believe they went above and beyond your normal contractor and will/have recommended them to my friends. Plus I plan on using them whenever I have a remodel job.
