The work performed was great. The employee had to go outside and always smoke cigarettes. It looked like he had a rough night. I wanted to hire them again but some of the other review scared me.

Did not come to install the floor when they said they would. Still waiting for the quarter round to be installed

I had an appointment scheduled for 8-10 am this morning. Took a day off, spent all morning clearing out furniture only to find out at 830 that they job wad being "delayed" because their vehicle was towed. Their idea of delay is your job will be rescheduled in a day or two.....so I should do what about my furniture till then!! When you call to speak to them, first call sent to voicemail, second call on hold...no the owner/manager will not speak with you, we're looking for our truck..give us a few hours to find it we might still be able to come later....no we will not issue a refund.

Excellent installation! Did not show up for appointment, had to call and rearrange. Delayed 3 days, inconvenient because necessity of moving out all breakables etc to other rooms. Professionals.

I met Isaac and he was quick to understand what I needed and instantly gave me a quote for the job and the time frame needed to finish it. The job was done very professionally. The guys came on time and cleaned up before they left for the day. There was minimal dust. They finished the project in the time that was promised. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work. I have since used his services for more projects and will always be hiring him for any other projects I will have. Isaac is a wealth of information should you require help in most departments of your home.

I was very pleased with the work I received from Pittsburgh Floor & Tile. I spoke to a very pleasant sales rep that quickly scheduled me for my estimate where a nice man came and measured and recommended that I needed a complete refinishing. My appointment was set quickly again and the crew showed up and did an excellent job on my hardwood. My hardwood looks unrecognizable in the best way possible, and I'm so happy with the work that was done.

Very polite crew. Arrived on time. Finished the project (bathroom remodel) on time. Cleaned up after each day's work. Did the job on my timeline. Very nice work. Cannot complain about anything. Would hire again.

The salesman, Jason Pape, was friendly and courteous. He knew his stuff and explained options. The installer was a great guy and was very particular about his work. I would hire them again.
