Garage Door Repair
He was to install a new spring on my garage door. He over tensioned it and a few days later it ripped my door in half. I was able to reach him the day his work failed, he blamed me but eventually agreed to come out the following day. He did not show up and has not returned any phone calls or voicemails I have repeatedly left since.

"This customer was warned about replacing only one spring. He said he wanted to roll the dice. The door worked fine for a week. He now has another problem with the door. A torsion spring on a 7 ft high door needs 28 quarter winds which is what we put in."
