Their tech came to our townhome for the HVAC heat pump issue, spent more than 3 hours diagnosing the issue and then told us that we had to replace the zoning control board and the thermostat at $1400 in total. We were charged $390.00 for the diagnosis. We were not convinced by what he told us. Then, we called another HVAC contractor from different company to look at the issue. He was able to pin point the issue with the unit in 15 minutes and fixed it by refilling refrigerant at around $300! What a difference! I will never trust and use Premier HVAC Mechanical Corporation again!

I would HIGHLY recommend Premier HVAC to anyone/everyone! You will get the absolute best in the field, in customer service, product, labor. We have used this company for more than 3 years, and they ways reply quickly to a request for service. Steve West is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and is also very honest and professional. They fairly price their labor and products, and are so so easy and friendly to deal with. I don't write many reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one, because everyone needs to know about Steve West and Premier. He is one of the most honest and hardworking individuals I've had the opportunity to meet. You would be making a huge mistake to use anyone else for your heating and air needs.

Premier HVAC provided prompt Saturday service to analyze our HVAC system following a lighting strike. Parts were sourced and ordered on Monday and we were up and running Tuesday. Great service in the middle of a hot Georgia week. Thanks to Steve West, who is a great technician.

I looked at three vendors including the company that was doing my annual maintenance service and Steve and Co. won my business. Steve and his wife Jackie were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and both very professional and friendly. They performed the work on the specific day I requested and Steve and team showed up on time, did a great installation job and cleaned up after all work was done. Quote was agreed to and kept upon completion. Switching my maintenance agreement to these guys as well after 10 years with another vendor.
