Bathroom Remodel
We were sold a flooring installation job by Colin Tizedes that included baseboards that were to match our existing ones. Colin promised us they would be the same height. When the installers arrived they noticed the company sent the wrong size baseboards. They called the company and asked them to send the correct size (which was documented by Colin when he took laser measurements). The replacement baseboards sent by the company were also the wrong size. We were told to call Joey Sewell/operations manager for a solution. He offered to install the incorrect sized baseboards, or to remove the cost of the baseboards from our job. Both of these options were unacceptable to us. The considerate installers volunteered to go to Home Depot to match our existing baseboards. They needed the company?s approval to do that. Joey directed us to call Steve Steel/installation manager, as he could approve that. Steve did nothing, except only offer the same non-solution. We will never use them AGAIN!

The flooring was installed in a timely fashion, and the installer were very professionally. I'm very satisfied with the product and the installation. I didn't get a Bathroom remodel, but I couldn't close the page w/o picking one of those options.

Shower Installation and Replacement
After many quotes and much deliberation we decided to hire Premier Home Pros for our tub to walk-in shower remodel. So glad we did. Kevin, our installer, arrived promptly and worked diligently throughout the entire install. He was a professional and a true expert in his craft. From start to finish we were very impressed and would recommend Premier Home Pros and Kevin to anyone interested in remodeling their bathroom.

Premier Home Pros are AMAZING!!! We had our tub replaced with a walk in shower and it is a dreammmm! It only took them less than 2 days to complete! Update review in April 2025. This company removed a bathtub and installed a walk in shower in November 2024. I recently learned that they did not obtain a permit and required in my city. Unfortunately the shower pan is not pitched properly so water pools in the corner. After numerous attempts to reach the company (phone always goes to voicemail) Steve scheduled and appointment with me to inspect the shower. He did not show up or call to cancel. The city inspected the shower and it failed inspection. They fined Premier Homes Pros twice. I reported the company to the BBB and Michigan Attorney Generals Office. As of today, Premier Home Pros has not contacted me or made an effort to resolve the issue or refund my money. Corporate office is in Ohio but they have an office in Farmington Hills MI. Neither phone number is answered by a person and calls are never returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They advertise 1 day installation which is only possible because they don't obtain permits!

I called for a problem with silicone between wall n floor came off n left a hole where eventually will leak, They will not live up to the warranty promised. After 18,000.00 remodel job all they would say is sorry can?t help you!

Lots of things went wrong. Getting service was difficult. Each person from different departments tried to blame the other department. The whole process from start to end was a pain. Don?t hire this company.

Everything that was promised happened! They showed up on time and we?re very respectful of my property during the whole process. The workmanship is absolutely incredible! I would consider this shower installation, pure artistry the way every detail was treated. The job was done in a timely fashion. They left nothing for me throw away or clean up after the job was completed. I will use this company again and again and again, and have already recommended them to my friends.

They replaced my toilet, along with other work. After they left, I lifed the lid, and discovered a large, U shaped hole on the edge. I called them and was told that it didn't matter as the lid had to be lifted to see the damage ( looked to be caused during manufacturing). I called again and let them know that I needed to have someone look at it. I was told that there was nothing they could do, but that they would send someone out on Monday. I waited for them, they never showed up and never called. They no longer take my calls. While it may not seem like a big deal to them, I paid them a lot of money for the toilet and install. The lease they could have done was to bring out one that wasn't damaged and exchanged the toilet.

Salesman told us that the new shower would be completed in one day. Well, it's been a month now and the shower is still not completed.......the glass door and wall, 2 shelves and 2 grab bars have yet to be installed. For the price we paid, we should get way better service than this. Not happy with Premier Home Pros.

Premier Home Pros converted my bathtub to a walk in shower in November 2024. The shower is beautiful and functional. I’m a senior citizen and I uneasy climbing into the tub to shower. The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company.

THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY EXCELLENT. THEY ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. ONLY THING I WOULD SAY IS WHEN THE SALEPERSON COME TO GIVE YOU An ESTIMATE MAKE SURE YOU GET A SECOND OPINION. MY SALESPERSON SAID I HAD WATER DAMAGE AND WHEN WALL WAS BEING TAKEN DOWN IT WAS CONCRETE AND NO WATER UNDER THE WALL. Always be honest to the customer. I think he was not honest. Thank you

Workers were here 'sort of' on time. Job took a day or two longer than expected. New shower looks great. Shower floor is an issue. The floor is not solid, and takes some getting used to. Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but the floor needs to be addressed along with a chip in the floor ceramic tile, caused by workers.

1st the Installers were good at their job. 2nd The company did not communicate with the installers completely. When the installers arrived the material list was not correct they had the wrong shower material, they proceeded with what they had to, in order to start the project. After the third day the project was making progress, In order to be able to isolate the water supply, shut offs needed to be applied, the company didn't reveal that info to the installers, although the installers indicated that work order did not indicate that, the lead installer then told me that it would void my warranty. So I attempted to contact the sales rep and verify the installers comments. No Reply was received from the sales rep, so with my knowledge about adding shutoff's to a water supply , I had to purchase the shutoff's to have them installed. With that miscue resolved by me, the 3rd miscue was the incorrect drain location of the shower pan, which concession had to be made. RECOMMENDATION DON'T
