Shower Installation and Replacement
This company destroyed parts of our house and never fixed what they did. They also installed shower brackets that are slipping and I have spent the last year calling them and trying to get it fixed. I finally got someone to come out and he said the previous installed did it incorryand they needed to redo the whole shower. He said he put the order in for the glass and I have never heard from him or the company again. They will not return my calls...this is a scam

Shower Installation and Replacement
We paid almost $15k for just a shower remodel- does it look nice? Yes. Have we used it? No. There?s a hole in the ceiling of the kitchen underneath where the new shower was installed. We called the company, they couldn?t send a rep out to look at it for a week! A WEEK! Fine. Rep is over an hour late.

Bathroom Remodel
Went well except the sealer was done sloppily, had to clean it off the floor, that's when I saw the cracks in the tile.

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
For the amount that I was charged, the outcome should have been better. The hardware that was used was just cheap plastic materials. The shower rod is plastic along with tub faucet. I had to call them a couple of times to replace the tub drain. For 14k, I feel I deserve better than what I got. Besides the representative for the company seemed to be on some type of trip. Very unsatisfied. I don't not recommend them. Are they racist?

Shower Installation and Replacement
The salesman was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything about the shower install well. I gave him a deposit of $3200. I did not hear from anyone so after 3 days I called but no one returned my call. Called back again a week later to cancel the order. Left a long message stating I did not want to cancel the order but was concerned because no one returned my calls. Finally, received a call from a regional manager. He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day. The shower door came a week later. I have had the shower for over a month. It is beautiful. I love it. Quality work. I would highly recommend Premier Home Pros.

The work on shower replacement was fabulous. The workers were very competent and they completed the shower in one day. We had a problem with the shower head and they came back the next morning to fix the problem.

Premier Pro was anything but professional. The initial sales person insisted that the work could be completed in three days. In fact, it took 3 to 4 weeks. This was not a problem for us. Problems included: 1. the wall between the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom was broken through, 2. the placement of the pan in the shower was not proper properly pitched so that water would collect in the shower. 3. There was water damage in the dining room ceiling below the bathroom caused by leakage from the installation. 4. the shower door was never fitted properly. When I contacted premiere pro they reluctantly sent out an installer to investigate and did so on two separate occasions after that over the course of about eight months. The conclusion was that there was no repair avaialable. The management was also rude and inappropriate. I had to hire another contractor to finally resolve the problem. I was offered $200 as compensation, which I did not accept. Final advice: caveat emptor!!

Price competitive. Easy to communicate with and professional from initial meeting and later discussion to add an item. Installation team arrived as promised and removed a vinyl shower, an over sized jacuzzi and completed installation and cleanup within eight hours. We're very pleased with our new shower. Contractors broke my exhaust vent fan and toilet! There was no replacement given. Got tossed around from one person to another to get any answers. Vinyl flooring looks bad. Shower looks cheap. The price was too expensive for the lack of quality. Should have read the reviews. A disappointing experience. Do not recommend.

The Installers Daniel and Fabian did a Fantastic Job with Installing a Walk in shower and also our half Bath. We were very pleased with their work, they cleaned up Immaculately after themselves. We could not be happier with our Bathrooms. So glad we went with Premier Pro for the work, would recommend them.

No good morning for your lousy job, the bathroom is leaking again. I need my money back and you come to fix this issue because the water is leaking down my office and ruining my flooring only after only less than 2 month from the date you replace my bathroom No thanks

My husband & I have been researching a tub to shower conversion for almost 2 years. We wanted American made & a family owned business. We talked to a number of companies. The estimates were extreme for the poor quality of materials. We were frustrated not knowing who to trust or being upsold or steered away from our vision of our bathroom. Our hard work paid off when we were connected to Alison Hawks and Eric with Premier Home Pros. Alison is their Sr. Design Consultant and Mktg. Mgr. Eric was meticulous at the prep work & measurements needed for our estimate from Alison. We had someone who listened, got to know us, followed what we wanted, met our timetable & most importantly... understood our budget. Alison & I clicked right away. She showed me samples of everything with suggestions for the style I was going for. They did not waste our time, the process moved along swiftly, professionally, never pressured. I know they will both be there for us during the process with the whole team.
