Shower Installation and Replacement
The installers were very professional and did the job in one day! Manny and his crew communicated with us along the way and kept us in the loop. They even tolerated our dog!!! The installers were transparent with any minor details that needed to change. I highly recommend this company and their employees. Besides the beautiful new shower you’d never know they were here with the clean up too!

Dale was my installer and he was very professional. Got the job done quickly, politely and was very clean. Dale showed up when he said he would. Shout out to my salesperson Porter who was also very pleasant and patient in answering all my concerns. Eddie was also proficient in answering my calls & helping me schedule my service. Together they made what could have been a stressful transition into a pleasant one!

Shower Installation and Replacement
They needed to raise the shower floor, so time is needed for it to cure. There seems to be a difference between what was discussed, and what the installer explained. We were told that this company was certified in mold remediation, and that is included in the quote. Installer acted surprised when I mentioned that and also other details that were discussed with our sales rep Dustin. Without the modifications discussed with our sales rep, the shower door that was delivered will certainly not fit. Feeling nervous about the outcome of this job.

The shower is beautiful. The salesman, Danny was knowledgeable, caring and professional. He was efficient, kind and easy to work with. Danny listened to what we wanted and followed through with our needs. The installers were professional and meticulous. They laid down a path of sturdy cloth to walk on and cleaned up completely. The whole job was done in a day. The quality of the materials was excellent and will last a lifetime. I would recommend Premier Home Pros to everyone.

They put in the wrong shower pan said I?m sorry we can?t fix it, didn?t put the right board behind the wall panels and made a dangerous step up and they said they won?t fix it.
Response from Premier Home Pros, LLC

Shower Installation and Replacement
From beginning of tear down to installation of shower door took about a month. Nobody gave us this information upfront. Delays included one installer getting sick and ordering of door once the shower was ?done.? We don?t care for the very large drainage area in the middle of the shower floor. The walls of the shower look great and the chair is very nice. Great shower head!
Response from Premier Home Pros, LLC
"Hi Christina - We're so sorry to hear about the delays in your project. That is definitely not indicative of our typical process. We regret that you selected a center drain for your shower as we offer drains that are situated closer to the shower head. We really appreciate your feedback and if you have additional comments, please do not hesitate to reach out!"

Shower Installation and Replacement
Installation (including the professionalism of the installers) was excellent. Same with the quality of the materials. What keeps me from giving 5 stars across the board is the ridiculously long wait to get the project scheduled. I was informed that installation would be done in 6 to 8 weeks. By the 10th week I began making weekly inquiries to the Tampa FL office; where the response was polite and reassuring. However, the job was not completed until the 12th week.

Bathroom Remodel
Had work done in my guest bathroom which isn't listed I went under remodel. Had a tub removed and added just a shower stall. I liked their product, in fact I recommended them to a couple people. They're installers went above and beyond very pleased! My only issue was they only used Delta products I would have preferred grohe fixtures. Very fast responses to my phone calls.
