Our installers, Dakota and Dan, were phenomenal. They were meticulous, tidy and solved any issues quickly. It took a bit to get things going with Premier, but we are happy with our new master bath. Update: This is months after the fact, but I wanted to update our situation. Dakota had to return to fix a portion of the job. He did not lay down a tarp in our basement this time, plumbing water dropped from the ceiling onto our carpet, stains were left and wood shavings were everywhere. My fault for not checking before he left. Lesson learned. We were shocked, especially since my husband provided a substantial tip the first time.

We had originally thought a new tub/shower combo would be fine, but the longer I thought about it I realized I needed a walk in shower I called customer service to change the order. Even though it was past the time for changes the agent, Dylan was able to make it happen for us. I was elated! the service from sales, Mort, to customer service, to the insaller David M and his team mate was great. The job was completed in 1 day and the clean up was really good too. David communicated very well on the day of install. Very impressed and will recommend this company if asked who did our work.

I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work

The work done on our shower was excellent, making getting in and out of the shower so much safer. Each step was explained to us and the work done by Mickey and Joe was superb. It was evident that quality was very important both of them. What a pleasant experience.

Christian and his crew were top notch! my wife loves it and its absolutely beautiful work done! The install manager Tom was wonderful and guided us through the installation with ease. Highly recommend this company to everyone!
