Premier Home Pros, LLC

Do NOT use Premier Home Pros. They installed my shower several months ago, took full payment, and never completed the job. The trim was never installed, and despite multiple calls and promises that someone would ?take care of it,? nothing has been resolved. Every time I called, I was either transferred to voicemail, hung up on, or told someone would follow up ? but no one ever did. Their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. They advertise a lifetime warranty and claim to stand behind their work, but once they have your money, they do not take responsibility. I?m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, my father had work done that ended up being a total disaster and the company even admitted that the person who they hired to do the work sabotaged the install AND had done it to others in the area before he was terminated. We are now 6 months into this nonsense and still waiting for it to be completed. My father has advanced dementia and brain cancer and this clown company has given him nothing but a run around, I guess hoping he will just pass on and this will go away. Sad that this company has allowed this to go on, but it appears that maybe Cody in the Charlotte office needs to be taught a lesson. I'll let you guys figure that out on your end, but in the meantime please stop preying on the elderly

Honest but a little pricey

We had originally thought a new tub/shower combo would be fine, but the longer I thought about it I realized I needed a walk in shower I called customer service to change the order. Even though it was past the time for changes the agent, Dylan was able to make it happen for us. I was elated! the service from sales, Mort, to customer service, to the insaller David M and his team mate was great. The job was completed in 1 day and the clean up was really good too. David communicated very well on the day of install. Very impressed and will recommend this company if asked who did our work.

I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work

Ryan was great!

The work done on our shower was excellent, making getting in and out of the shower so much safer. Each step was explained to us and the work done by Mickey and Joe was superb. It was evident that quality was very important both of them. What a pleasant experience.

the beauty ring on one of the grab bars has popped off. I called Chris and they were supposed to come out in two days to fix it.a week later and still havenâ t had it fixed. important to me,not to them.
