Shower Installation and Replacement
So far we are happy with the quality of the replacement of our shower. That?s SO FAR. As of this post the job has yet to be completed even though the salesman (Wayne Craig) assured us multiple times that the job would be completed in 2 1/2 to 3 days at the longest. The original date of installation was set on 1/29 but I was contacted an hour after the time they were to arrive that they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled the work for 2/8. Joe showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. However when we talked about the job taking 3 days, he explained that was impossible because he couldn?t take measurements for the door and glass until he was finished with the stone installation. I told him I was told otherwise and he called Pietro to explain this misunderstanding. He was very apologetic and said he would keep me up to date when the door and glass was ready and set a date for installation. I finally called Pietro on 2/20. Still not completed. Disappointing.

Placing the order was not difficult. The vendor seemed knowledgeable and explained the procedure very clearly. It took a while for the order to be processed and I reminded them that I needed them to fill out the Architectural Modification for for approval from the board since this is a condo. I was notified that the order was ready to be installed and when I asked if he has sent the required form to the association he said he was not aware that it had to be done, so I sent the form once more and waited. Time passed and I did not receive any confirmation. to make a long story short many communications later we finally had an installation date (one month + later). The day of the installation I was told they could not come because of car trouble, so I had to wait another week. The workers arrived late and left past 11 pm. I received a complaint from the neighbors since they were supposed to finish by 5 pm! I am still missing a handle for the shower door. .

I cannot express how incredibly frustrated and disappointed I am with this company. They failed to deliver the service and product we paid for. They brought in the wrong shower pan, and now, rather than taking responsibility, the blame is being shifted between employees. It?s been nearly a month, and the situation remains unresolved. I have repeatedly tried to reach out, speaking to multiple people, who assured me they would rectify the issue. To date, nothing has been done. What?s most infuriating is the complete lack of communication. I?ve been left in the dark and have yet to receive a satisfactory answer or any progress towards a resolution. This is not what was agreed upon in the contract, and the company has completely dropped the ball, both before and after the installation. The least this company can do is take responsibility for their mistakes and resolve the issue. I have no faith in their customer service at this point. Premier Home Pros, and their contractor Joe did an outstanding experience. Their product surpassed all my expectations and stood out from the competition in every way possible. We were impressed by the level of professionalism and knowledge displayed by Joe and his crew working for Premier Home Pros team. They were attentive, patient, and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Unlike other products I've encountered, theirs didn't have that typical plastic surround that feels cheap and flimsy. It was clear that Premier Home Pros put a lot of thought and effort into crafting a product that exuded quality and durability. What truly set Premier Home Pros apart was their quick turnaround time for installation. I was amazed at how efficiently they handled the entire process. The installation team was punctual, skilled, and worked with precision.

I was very satisfied with my workman, Mario. He was quick and efficient. The only hiccup arose when the company didn't send enough flooring material to finish the job. Fortunately, I had some flooring left over from a kitchen remodel so, he was able to complete the project in two and a half days. I happily recommend Premier for their professionalism and delivering what they promised.

Joe D. and Justin did an excellent job removing our old cast iron tub/surround and installing a new shower assembly. Grade "A" work from demo, through install, and cleanup. I highly recommend this company to anyone planning on remodeling their bathroom.

Mike our contractor was GREAT!! He did a professional job cleaning up and completing the installation of a shower surround that the first contractor screwed up and walked out on the job. I felt bad for Mike, but he did an excellent job. FIVE STARS FOR MIKE! Too bad the company itself tried to pull one over on us by selling us the PREMIER shower walls, which were supposed to be crushed marble, made in their Ohio factory in the USA and very expensive, but delivering sheets that was stamped Made in China with a totally different name of the Wall system. They tried to tell us that the name changed, NOT! The wall panels were flimsy and cheap looking. I'm sure they were purchased at the basic price at Home Depot. Very disappointed. The bathroom turned out very nice, but, not what we originally planned. They did give us a small discount, but, in hind sight, we should have refused them. If you choose Premier to be your Pro, please make sure to check on all material used. It's not nice to be taken advantage of!! 1/2 star for Premier Home Pros.
