Premier Home Solutions

I have had them back 5 times to repair their horrible roofing job! After they said it was fixed I have another roofer out to inspect, plus a home inspector; both said it has to be removed and redone because it had voids and would breach again and again and again, yeah water in my house because of Joseph and his crew! HORRIBLE CONTRACTOR!!! RUN!!!

Absolutely horrible contractor! He installed a roof on our new construction home in October and has now had to come out 4 times to repair the roof. One of times you could see a giant puddle on the floor and could feel that the plywood on the ceiling was wet. The project manager kept arguing with me that his moisture meter was saying it wasnâ t wet. The puddle on the floor and drips coming from the ceiling tell a different story. I told him that he needed to fix it and take the trash that had been sitting in our driveway for almost 3 months with him. He refused to take the trash, but on multiple occasions I was promised that they would be there with a dump truck and never showed. 3 nights ago shingles were blown off in about 13 different spots and some of those spots are missing 15 or more shingles. When inspecting the blown off shingles we found that they werenâ t even nailed correctly. At this point the entire roof needs to be replaced. On top of it all, the crappy ridge vents that were installed allowed a large amount of snow into my home to ruin the hvac and brand new cabinets.

They did a beautiful job on my roof and cleaned up the yard and house very nicely

Joseph gave a great bid and promptly started our project. The crew worked hard and was respectful of our yard plants and shrubs. The debris was cleaned up and he followed through with the warrantee. Would recommend them for your next roof!!

Premier Home Solutions provided timely communication, quality work, excellent value for the money. We had a new roof installed. It looks great. I was pleasantly surprised how completely the crew cleaned up my yard when the job was finished.

Nice Job! Great follow up. Couldnâ t be happier

Overall experience was horrible! Worst customer service. Made my husband and I feel like we were bugging him when the statement he made *I have never had customers this involved* made me feel like he did not want to be bothered. Crew did not have a porta-potty brought in for a 10 plus hour job...so where did they go?? They never left! Left a huge pile of trash on my lawn for 4 days... Always told me they would be here in the morning, show up early afternoon, late afternoon. Overall I would pick someone else! Never again!

Great experience with Joseph and his crew. Hard working, cleanup was absolutely impeccable. And a 50 year warranty. Lowest bid by $5,000. Will definitely use for future projects.

We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The professionalism and care to detail was very much appreciated. I was also relieved to see how quickly they were able to finish the job! I sincerely hope to do business again if any repair is needed in our home as they are experienced in many areas of home renovation/repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.

Joseph was very responsive at the start with a competitive price. The work was done quickly and well but to date I have not received the promised warranty paperwork. There was left over material that I had to chase Joseph for a few weeks to get out of my driveway. He was also going to do some facia board repair and painting which he promised to do for about two months and was never done. Now his phone message has changed and no attempt to get in touch with him has worked and I have a new effort under way to get this work done with another set of contractors.

Joey took care of my whole exterior job. He was quick to respond with any questions I had, and the best part. His quality of work I received surpassed my expectations... I would definitely recommend Premier Home Solution. Keep up the great work!

I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone they did a excellent job on the roof

He's a wonderful person, really good to deal with. All of the people that came to our house were very professional, and we had no problems.
