I am highly disappointed in the work and customer service provided by this company. I had leveling work done on 2 properties which I paid in full thinking the work was done correctly. When the contractors came in to give me estimates, I was told the leveling was not done correctly and still needed to be done for the remodeling process to begin. I contacted Victor, the owner, with my concerns and he told me the employee he had doing the leveling did not have transportation to go address and fix the areas (multiple on each property) of concern. Later I was told that the employee was no longer working with this company and the work was not going to be able to get done. I then requested a refund as I was left having to hire a company to do the work that Premier Image Roofing and Construction could not do. The owner asked me to send proof of this for a refund. I sent proof: an estimate, an estimate that was done that SAME DAY that Premier Image Roofing and Construction finished their leveling work on both properties. How in that same day did both properties shift?! The new estimate even had actual measurements showing how far off the leveling was on each room in each property. The new company had the equipment to provide me with exact measurements. Weeks later, the owner then asked for more proof of the work that his company did not correctly do. I then sent my receipt of the work that was being done and the cost of the work on the 2 properties that Premier Image Roofing and Construction could not do although I was given a contract stating the work was going to be done and given a warranty on the work. The warranty stands but they do not have the manpower to do the job so I will be refunded $800 out of the $4500 I paid without receiving the services agreed upon or the warranty. If you agree to offer a service and ultimately find out that you cannot provide said service(s), you should do what is right and be honest about it not just try to cover it up; reimburse the full amount for the services that your company could not provide. It is not my fault you hired someone that was not qualified for the agreed job and that he could not provide the services that you offered to me. Then here we are almost 2 months later, with no refund whatsoever, and the owner is saying I should have known about the work and quality of the work when I submitted my payment. Excuse me? I do not work in construction, repairs, leveling, or anything of that nature; how could I have known better? I sincerely trusted Premier Image Roofing and Construction when I signed my contract and paid for the work that was to be done. I can tell you though when I finally contracted a professional the work was done just as the contractors stated and would be visibly seen. When the work was finally done correctly by another company: floors shifted, walls cracked, and the doors finally closed! At that time I understood what the contractors were telling me and how Premier Image Roofing and Construction had not done the leveling work correctly. Those contractors are honest and reliable and hence told me not to start remodeling until the leveling was done right or I would be spending double repairing things again once the leveling was correct. Thank God for them because I already lost thousands with Premier Image Roofing and Construction to have to spend twice on repairs. This was a very pricey lesson that cost me thousands of dollars; I honestly feel robbed. I am so glad I got other estimates for the remodeling and did not go with Premier Image Roofing and Construction for the remodeling of the 2 properties even though I was given estimates by this company. I can not even imagine how many more thousands of dollars I would be robbed of if I had chosen this company for the remodeling as well.

Very competitive priced, great communication and excellent work when completed. Victor and the guys did a full walk around once job was completed and picked up any trash/debris that was laying around. Will definitely use this company in the future for other projects.

Victor and crew did an excellent job building our large patio cover. They built it to spec, weâ re fast and efficient. Communication was also great and pricing was very competitive. We will most definitely be hiring them again for concrete and paint work if not more! 100% recommend this company!
