great laminate flooring installation. very quick and reliable!

First off I'm a perfectionist and wont except anything that doesnt come close to perfect. I had about 915 SQ FT of wood floors installed. They completed the job in two days instead of the 2.5 days I was told it would take. Even better they were friendly which made the situation even better for me. They were even nice enough to go and pick up the shoe moldings for me since I only have a sedan and would have had a hard time transporting them. The finished job was simply amazing!!! I couldn't ask for a better outcome. I'v told everyone I know about them, I'v passed out their cards and will use them for future jobs. Price, Workers, Job AAAA++++

I had a laundry list of projects (wood floor repair/replacement, new tile install, drywall repair, exterior hardiplank repair, etc.) that Jim came out and bid on. His prices were competitive and he was eager to get the job. He spent over a week doing repairs. He was always on time and flexible with his schedule (even skipped a week for spring break because we went out of town). Good communitions, good work ethics, good prices, and nice results = a very happy customer. Highly recommended! This guy does it all!!

Three months ago we needed laminate and ceramic tile installed for 3 areas of our house.. The laminate floors were completed and look excellent.. The bathroom we had ceramic tiles installed and we thought the job was completed..However the tiles were loose and did not dry properly..We contacted company to come back and finish the work..After numerous of calls no follow up and one day after a long period of time he stop by just to see the unfinished work..Nothing was done until we requested the money back for that portion of the work..We finally received it and this resolved our warranty issue...

I initially really liked this company, felt they were very friendly and professional, and was thrilled about referring them to several friends interested in the same work. However, the job took much longer than was quoted and was never finished. I had a lot of cleaning up to do and work that I still need to finish myself. I wish the job had been completed. I now do not feel comfortable recommending this company to my friends and neighbors.

Overall they did a great job. They came in on the price they had estimated, the house stayed clean , they led me to a place that had great prices. The job took longer than they had estimated, but that was partly because I purchased h8igher baseboards than they had expected. And we had the normal things like a saw breaking. I would definitely use them again. The reason I gave them a four rather than a five is that we had a problem with communication - we had had two discussions on whether to instal crown molding in the kitchen. They installed it when I thought we agreed not to. We worked that out and I am glad it is there.

I hired Premier Interior to install laminate floors in a home office. The job was done quickly and cleanly. We are very satisified with the new flooring!

Floor installation looked great. Problems with not properly repairing existing tile that was broken during the project. Also some door molding was unnecessarily cut off and not repaired. Trash and debris were left on the job site. ** Update ** The floor in one room became buckled in less than 2 months. Upon removal for repair, it became evident that the moisture barrier was improperly installed, with gaps between runs of around 1 inch, while the adhesive tabs were not utilized (there was a NEGATIVE overlap of around 1 inch). There was no also gap around the perimeter.

They were Professional/Friendly/Quick/ On Time and gave us quotes for our future needs...Look forward to a long business relationship with this company!
