Premier Landscaping & Irrigation stripped all materials and plants except the established trees, and graded the land for proper drainage. They installed the weed barrier under the new Apache 1" rock and repopulated the yard with new bushes and attached them to the watering system. The job that really stands out after the yard was completed are the tree wells that match the existing flagstone walkway. The whole project really looks amazing and we get constant compliments on how great it looks. Will use the company again and would recommend them, great people.

Andre went out of his way to be sure the work was completed within my timeframe.

I was able to give them a timeline and they were able to complete it a day ahead of the timeline. Very reasonable prices for retaining wall and concrete work. Andre and the guys were very quick to work and stayed until the task was complete for the day. I was very pleased with this company and its workers. My yard turned out great!

The only reason they have .5 stars is there wasn't a 0 option. This is the worst company! Don't hire them! They had to do almost every part of my project twice, and I finally gave up on them doing most of it right and am redoing it myself now because I am out of money. They installed drip system about as cheap as they could. I asked them to use 2 colors so I could identify tree lines from flower lines and they switched it up all over the yard so I can't tell which is which. It leaks everywhere, they didn't put ends on some of the tubes. Some of the areas they said they buried the tube where I asked, but it isn't there. I asked them to use conduit pipe to put the tubing through under concrete, which they did in some places and not others. The drains are higher than the dirt, and I asked them several times to lower it, so now I have to dig it out and lower it myself. They used perforated drain pipe from the drains to the drainage area, so the whole length of the pipe leaks and is a swamp every time it rains. The wall, which they installed twice, is coming apart and isn't level, and they didn't fill it with concrete like they said they would when I busted them filled it with rocks. They skimped on every thing they possibly could. I had to micromanage the whole project so that it would be done right, but in the end, I gave up. Andre swears up and down they will be there for me if there are problems, but he never even came back to clean up! As soon as I paid his guys, who were cleaning at the time, I turned around and the whole crew was gone leaving a big pile of debris and concrete pieces that are too heavy for me to move. Now, I have to pay someone to remove the debris and redo the parts I can redo since they couldn't seem to get it right. DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

Never showed up when they said they would. After install I repeatedly had to call them to fix a problem. Was promised day after day that someone would show up. No one did and I ended up having to get someone else to do it. Totally unreliable. Don't hire. You will be sorry!

I thought he was expensive

Continuously had to call them back out for repair on work that they did and work that mysteriously broke NEAR the repair. They were almost ALWAYS late or didn't show - I had to call or text constantly to find out WHEN they would be out. They nickled and dimed us to death. Kept hearing how it was so far away to come out each time they had to come out. THEY bid the job. If it was too far, they shouldn't have bid! We ended up paying extra for stuff that was already on the quote. We were shorted weed control material under the rocks they installed...glad I found it and brought it to their attention or they wouldn't have put more down. Even after that there was still grass coming up under the rocks they installed. They said they would spray down weed killer before laying down the weed control tarp. If they HAD, the grass would not have been coming up in a couple days! Brickwork for separating rocks from grass was shoddy. It broke within a few days and it was just horrible. Wish I could post pics!! Had to call them back out to do it RIGHT! If you hire this company, MY recommendation is to watch EVERYTHING they are doing and to stay on top if you want it done right the first time. We had to hire someone else to come in and fix what this company said they did. And everything was fixed RIGHT the first time with the new person - and no more "mysterious" breakages. Owner agreed to refund our extra monies paid and he said it would then void the 1 year warranty. We agreed. He then changed his mind on refunding the extra monies. BUYER BEWARE. I will never refer this company to any of my friends or acquaintances. Reported to BBB

They were scheduled to show up on Monday, May 8th between 7:00 & 7:30 did not show. I had to call Andray around 8:00 he said things were a mess would be out Tuesday, morning did not show nor has he called & am unable to get ahold of him. I'll not recommend this company & not sure about Home Advisors at this point since I can't find a local 3 to speak with a person.
