Christian was quick to quote and was the low bidder by 5%. The formal quote and the verbal quote did have a variance which I understand. The project did not start on time or finish on time. It started late and ran long. The proposal was detailed but he did not perform everything exactly like the proposal stated. I have a few seams that need to be touched up and one edge to cleaned up and I can not get him to come back and fix the some minor details. The concern is if I have a major problem will he perform the warranty work?

Yes, I will always stand by my work. I have other work to perform so I can not always pull myself away, but I always some way find the time and take care of business, and I do not charge unless you want more turf added or something of that nature. We always stand by our warranty and the manufacturers warranty. We do have difficult times but what business does not. My main concern is that we do keep communication and get the timing set and job completed always.

I hired Premier Turf USA to tear out my grass in my small backyard and replace about 375 square feet with artificial grass. Christian was always on time and was great about getting back to me with any questions I had before, during and after the installation. I gathered quotes from multiple companies and Christian by far gave the best deal. We are very happy with the job he did and would definitely use him in the future for projects.
