Seth Hardin was swift to install our Generac and returned as soon as the gas was hooked up to finish the installation . Seth took the time to explain everything to us about our new Generac. before he sold it to us and after the install when he gave us all of the paperwork. Seth and his worker were tidy in their work. We would recommend them for any work they might do. We will be using Seth for our maintenance work on our Generac, we asked him to put us on his calendar. Seth will send us a reminder card for the yearly maintenance.

Seth was very professional and timely. He was easily reachable and followed up with me promptly each time I had a question about the process. The generator installation was clean and the backyard looked even better than it did before the install. I haven't been through an outage with the new generator yet but I am sure everything will function as it should. Seth got me all set up with the Mobile Link software as well so I can know what my generator is up to while I am away from the house. The peace of mind was worth the money. They are also much more affordable than the two other contractors I had quote the project. I am very satisfied in dealing with Premier Maintenance Solutions.

Had a problem with a Generac Generator. Didn't know who to call. Went on-line and found HomeAdvisor and this led to Seth at Premier Maintenance Solutions. I didn't like the bill but nothing is free. Seth made an appointment and was very prompt and professional. In a matter of two hours my Generac was as good as new and I am a very happy man. Lots of peace of mind now. Thank you Seth.
