Premier Eco Builders is a division of Premier Mechanical which started as a commercial HVAC company in 2006. In 2012 the residential division of Premier Mechanical, Premier Eco Builders was started with the help of the founders son and nephew. Their passion for Energy Efficiency and home performance is backed by their knowledge gained through PG&E EnergyStar classes & years of hands on learning.

I hired Premier Eco Builders in December of 2025 to install a heat pump as the rebates were expiring at the end of the year. They promissed that they would handle all rebates. I agreed to pay the full price as they said they would pass the rebate back to me when it is approved. At first they did not even submit the rebate. I wasted a lot of time just to get them to submit the rebate. They said they did, but who knows. Now, five months later, it is nearly impossible to get anyone to ask about the status of that rebate, they are not responding to texts or calls. When they do, they ask for "more info". Somebody names Isaac and someone named Armando. Armando is supposed to be the owner, but he just passes you to Isaac who is not responding. A nightmare. Be careful with these guys.

They Installed my AC last December/January. It has been a year since I am constantly asking them to finish the job and get the permit and they rescheduled many many many times. I asked many time to give me a date that works as I am taking time off from work, but they reschedule every time with different excuses. The installation was OK, but not great. one of our rooms as constantly getting more air pressure and is colder/warmer than the rest of the house. I really wanted to recommend them but with this situation, I would suggest you look somewhere else for your AC installation.

Two staff came 5 minutes ahead of time. They cleaned every duct and vent at each room within 2 hours and also provided many constructive suggestions to me as my house is an older house back to the â 70s. One of the staff even went underground and checked the ducts for me and found many issues that need to be fixed in the follow-up appointment. I highly recommend Premier Mechanical. Their staffs are very responsible.

Premier was absolutely terrific! They arrived on the minute of the appointment to my house and were so thorough in checking all the ducts and my system. They even found problems in my old vents and ducts that they fixed for us with no extra cost. So profesional and absolutely delightful. five stars all around Elaine
