We provide multiple custom solutions for each specific project to ensure comfort, efficiency, and air quality. Premier Eco Builders is a division of Premier Mechanical which started as a commercial HVAC company in 2006. In 2012 the residential division of Premier Mechanical, Premier Eco Builders was started with the help of the founders son and nephew. Their passion for Energy Efficiency and home performance is backed by their knowledge gained through PG&E EnergyStar classes & years of hands on learning.

Two staff came 5 minutes ahead of time. They cleaned every duct and vent at each room within 2 hours and also provided many constructive suggestions to me as my house is an older house back to the â 70s. One of the staff even went underground and checked the ducts for me and found many issues that need to be fixed in the follow-up appointment. I highly recommend Premier Mechanical. Their staffs are very responsible.

Premier was absolutely terrific! They arrived on the minute of the appointment to my house and were so thorough in checking all the ducts and my system.
