Hidden fees.

They "lost" at least one box from the move & have never provided us a form to file a claim. I would not use this firm again.

Do NOT use Premier! My move was from NY to SC. From a $3,500.00 estimate which they never came to see the move, the total cost was $7,500.00. I'm missing a box, and also fragile pieces were broken upon unpacking. I paid for all lamps to be packed and boxed - smashed base of lamp. Once the van arrived on the SC end, after detaining the arrival, it took two days for a working crew to show up. The second day of the move we waited 3 hours before the process began. I am in the process of making a claim; however, not once has the claim person, Lucy, called to help explain the process. My recommendation is get another company!!

Look elsewhere. I tried to reach them after a ring was missing and got no answer. According. To one of the movers, the foreman said to call the police. They then drove off with my furniture.

They are hard working movers. Overall experience was great. My only issue was toll and gas was not included in the estimate $600 for 3 hrs. I had to pay an additional $55 for toll and gas. This was my first experience with movers.

Premier Movers should not be doing moving. The treatment of their customers was demeaning and rude, very stressful experience. Estimate price was not the same as what we ended up paying

Broken furniture,ruined pictures they packed horribly that can't be replaced we got back $50.00 in insurance. However, they did come back and offered an additional compensation of $140.00. They talk a good game but can't deliver.

the only reason they received 1/2 star in my experience with this company is because that was the very lowest that would register. they were 3 hrs late arriving. after their truck was loaded and ready to go i also left to meet them at destination. i was at destination for almost 1 hour before they arrived. whatever quote you receive from them expect the final cost to be double. they won't unload truck without payment in full. the older driver complained he was going to pee his pants because drive was so long. when i asked why they were an hour late he stated he could not take the roads i took because he had a truck. i explained i took all major roadways including a truck route. never again.

The only good we experienced was the Ruben and Gail in the office otherwise this was one of the worst experiences ever.

Used the company for a move from NJ to SC. Gail came out for an estimate, took an inventory list and sent me the quote the very next day. The estimate was very reasonable. On the day of the move the crew packed my stuff carefully and were very respectful. Thanks for a great experience!

Louis and his crew were phenomenal. They arrived on time and were professional and efficient. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture and the overall it was a smooth move. I will definitely use premier movers again in the future.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS. This company should be reported for unethical business. They were three times the price I thought that it would cost to move eight houses down. It cost me $165 in gas, $225 in supplies and they made me pay for seven hours even though the whole move took three and a half hours. The whole move was in excess of $1,200. They damaged my furniture as well. Do not use this company. Hopefully my truthful rating will steer you away from ever doing business with them. What I found so confusing was that they were listed here with Home Advisor. Don't you screen your contractors better. I know I won't trust your services again either.

the guys were great with the move except the following was not explained during the initial quote and several calls to Gail at premier movers: You must factor in the , tolls and gas (from the locaton of the business not from your move location ) plus they charged for an additional half hour travel time and the guys said they wanted a 12% tip. This was all explained to me when the guys already started to load the truck. My options was for them to unload the truck and find another mover or continue with the move. ****Factor all that in with their lower quote with other movers

Read the fine print, tolls and gas plus they charged for an additional half hour which wasn’t used. I signed, done and gone!

Friendly movers who accommodated my needs very well. I am a wheelchair user and I needed the furniture in my newer residence to be placed exactly where I needed it while moving. The fellas did exactly that!

The final bill was double the quoted written estimate.

The movers were wonderful. They packed everything and we're professional and I want to thank them for their understanding and care . I felt like they were my friends. They made the move much easier. Thank you for your wonderful service. I would recommend them to everyone.

This was my first time hiring a moving company and after doing some research Premier Movers was the best fit for me. They provided great customer service and were able to answer my questions in a timely manner. They were very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The pricing was fair too. I would recommend Premier movers to friends and family, and will use them again for future moves.

We hired premier movers for our mover of furniture from little egg harbor to magnolia. The movers we nice guys but the damaged a couple of our pieces of furniture and they did not put the bed and the dining room table back together properly. When we tried email the company multiple time no one ever responded. Customer service was not what we expected from a mover we found on how me advisors.

Super service! Exceedingly careful with our furniture, responsive to our requests, work ethic top notch, pricing clear without any hidden charges. The guys at Premier Movers made sure to wrap everything and move it with care. They were speedy in getting to the next item to wrap and load it up. Everything arrived safely at the new location, without any damage!!

have moved several times the last few years but was now in a new state and didn't know where to turn when I needed to move. I went to Home Advisor site and Premier was recommended. When I called I spoke with Tom he calmed my fears and was a great salesman. Unfortunately that is where the good experience ended. The day of the move after 2 hours from the promised time they still had not shown up so I called Tom, he said he would call me back and never did. The movers showed up 3.5 hours late, one mover eating ice cream and still had to wait for the general laborers they hire off Craigs list with no moving experience. I had to go behind them and clean the walls they marked up. They charged hidden fees, and were careless with my belongings. They used blankets that were torn and lots of holes. When I said I was nervous about my furniture covered like this going to a different state they gave an excuse that the owner won't pay for new blankets. Upon delivery, my fears were confirmed as my furniture was damaged where the wood was exposed through the holes in the blankets. The driver was dirty and rude. One worker showed up and he kept apologizing and encouraged me to take the pictures as even he was uncomfortable viewing all the damages. After 2 hours of no additional help showing up WE had to start moving the items, Other than the final heavy lifting we did the work as the additional help showed up almost 3 hours late and the driver argued with the laborers. I immediately sent pictures and requested the insurance paperwork. Four days later I still have not had a return call. When I called yesterday at 4:30pm the phone just rang and rang. Unfortunately this site will not let you post pictures or I would post the several pictures I have of damage. I will be contacting Home advisors and all other sites with my review. If I get resolution for the damages and missing items I will post it. Until then understand that what they quote is NOT what you will pay and with hidden fees for tape etc. My bill was $900 more than quoted. One excuse oh your furniture is bigger than we thought??? It is a standard bedroom set.   BEWARE and avoid PREMIER MOVERS!
