Came and gave estimate and wanted to start the job immediately. Took days. Poor communication. Finally, talked to head guy and seems the worker kept telling him I was always rescheduling which was not true. Poor quality of work. Finally, head guy came with another worker to finish and tried to fix problem. Painting touch up did not match, so they were to come and repaint the entire wall and never did. Tried to reach several times, no call backs. Poor communication, poor workmanship. Beware.

Andy was great and worked with my schedule and got the work done quickly. The finished wall and other repairs turned out great, but the reason I did not give 5 stars was that some of the small finishing touches were seemingly thrown together at the end and the mess left was a little more than it should have been.

"Tia was a great customer, but when we were all done she left this review and never told us she had any issue with the cleanup, as she stated she was replacing carpet and it wasn?t needed to be spotless even tho we vacuumed the floors and used plastic all around. All I ask is people be aware drywall dust settles and it takes days sometimes. We work hard and all we want is happy customers. If we do work for you just communicate, we stand behind our work and will come back and make sure you are happy. Also, the electrical was hidden in the wall and we could not see it until the demo, so there was an extra $400 for moving the electrical and 3-way switch"

Andy and team are friendly, fast and personable. However, I felt the job was incomplete by the open-ends of the gutter shields, which Andy said I won't get leaves in the triangles? Really? He offered to fix it for an additional cost, due to my location. Forget it. Also as of today Wed., I still have not received my paid invoice that was promised by email on Monday, and after several calls, after the job was finished. Too bad, the rating could have been better. kd

"The gutters were put on by some one else. All we did was put in gutter gaurds that she bought. I gave her a price for the end caps and she said that should be included with the price. Also the gutters were 2? below the shingle line leaving a gap, I recommended the foam insert gaurds that would not leave a gap but she said it was too much money. This is a mobile home also."

They worked 5 half days, did not cover my furniture or my electronics which became coated with dust from sanding of dry wall repair. Dry wall repair is obvious under the paint, should have been primed, painting was slapdash. I called for corrections to be made and worker worked for 2 and 1/2 hrs touching up and still didnâÃÂÃÂt fix everything. ThatâÃÂÃÂs how sloppy the work had been done. I spent 3 and 1/2 hrs removing sanding from my furniture. I am still removing it from adjoining rooms and furniture. I was most upset by the lack of regard for my property, not covering it. I had covered my sofa myself with sheets before they started, but I expected them to protect my cabinets with plastic sheeting and they didnâÃÂÃÂt. Their cleaning consisted of vacuuming afterwards. I would not use them again or recommend them.

"Linda picked out paint with primer in it, and we painted two coats with Beth Ultra. Linda was informed drywall dust will settle and she will be cleaning up as it settles over the next week, which she didn?t agree with after(that happens when you mud and sand even when we used a shop vac sander). We covered the furniture and moved electronics out of the room and plastic-offed the room. Unacceptable review! Even my wife complains about drywall dust in my house after we do work but it?s part of the job. We went back and fixed any and all areas she wanted touched up."

Andy Miller is the so-called handyman at PCC Sales aka Premier1 Maintenance, phone # 734-358-5493 (in case he tries to change his name to avoid bad reviews). We hired him to install some cabinets, move an electrical box, and misc other work. They quoted the job, took 1/2 the estimate as a down payment then delayed scheduling the work. When they arrived, he brought 2 unskilled workers. When finished, the plug didn't work (after he patched the hole covering the junction box) and the faucet leaked. They came back twice to fix it (very inconvenient). He then overcharged us by $399 and after we called him on the overcharge, he promised to refund it, but when we had to called 4 times to get our refund check, he decided to charge for what he said it did for free and cut the refund check by $150. I would never ever consider using this unprofessional individual again for any work. Be warned.

"P.C.C. did everything this home owner asked. They left a day before we were to start. We only had a problem when she added additional granite behind her stove and when she was told the price it was $400 over but she never paid for the granite. We didn't over charge her and we refunded her the money minus the $150. She was told about the $150. Why are people such liars and just go out of their way to be deciteful. This home owner was extremely happy with our work until the refund came minus the granite. I don't get it. We are not here to take money and run. If there is a problem let us know and we will resolve it. We are all human."
