Hubby and I had just purchased a major fixer and were working with the bank to get the roof replaced. These guys (namely Jorge) and the office contact gal were so very patient and helpful in making sure I had all of the paperwork I needed to satisfy the bank. We got a great roof, I appreciated the color options and the willingness to work with our early 1900's home's challenges as well as my color and budget questions. After about 4 quotes this company was 2nd most affordable but seemed to be the most professional and knowledgeable so I went with them. There was one hiccup where the siding was cut too far back on the roof over our porch but upon the walk-through, both I and Jorge saw it and without any push-back, he said they would make it right and they promptly did. They worked a miracle just locating the siding since I have yet to be able to locate it! :-) I would not hesitate to use PPR again - I'm actually getting a quote for my grandma's house now.

My roof was leaking buckets of rain. They were at my house before I got there and had the leak fixed. They were honest. They showed me pics of the repairs. They also showed me the corroded flashing. I trust them.

Had a leaky roof and called them (through service magic) well before business hours. Company responded to call right away and had someone out here within the hour. Temporary repairs were made right away and they came back a few days later to complete a more premanent repair. Very good/positive experience.
