We had a horrible experience with Premier Partners and we would never hire them again. After 24 months of construction, 12 months longer than the original estimate, we finally moved in after running out of time with our construction financing and watching Premier miss 4 clearly communicated deadlines (from us and the bank and at least two of these were provided by Premier). We moved in with a huge list of incomplete items (for which we had already been forced to pay in full in order to close), what they consider punch items but we felt were more than punch. We are still waiting for many of these items to be address, six months later, and continue to receive emails like the one below claiming they are no longer responsible for items we were told would be addressed (in this case it's running the power line for our address marker, required by our neighborhood, something every building in the neighborhood knows is required and Premier would know because they had built several houses there). Two weeks after moving in we discovered a construction defect that resulted in a significant water leak (from rain) that caused damage in our lower floor. That was August and it's now Feb and the repair work is not done. We have two areas of our house that cannot be used, very expensive patio tile ripped up, stucco walls cut open, stones removed, a partial ceiling ripped out, carpet ripped up and more. AND, get this, it's been that way since August. After realizing what was happening to us during construction, we began reaching out to other Premier clients and found they too had similar experiences. Strongly suggest you do your research before hiring Premier. Talk to former clients, have your attorney do a search for legal action, etc. Definitely review the contract VERY well and I would even suggest refusing to use their contract and bring your own to the table that is more advantageous for you if and when things go south. We have spent countless hours chasing them, threatening legal action, demanding safety issues get addressed (including after we moved in we have two small children), and it continues today. Just this morning they claimed the power line for our address marker (required by the neighborhood) is not actually part of their scope and not included in the electrical bid. We were told differently, multiple times, by Premier. Only have 6 months of being there, probably more than 12 months after the time this power line should have been run, do the claim it's not included. In our experience, this is terrible service and reflects a lack of organization (how do you not know until 30 months after construction began that this isn't included?), poor project management and more. To be very clear, our intention in writing this review IS NOT to put them out of business. We actually liked Jason a lot when we first got started, but rather to help anyone considering building a custom home be as informed as possible. It's a huge expense and you w
