Premier Patio Covers

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!! Seen them at the home and garden show in Glendale, Had Chad Gillespie come to my house in August 2021 for the quote, we decided to move forward so we put down a deposit. Chad Gillespie lives in Buckeye and so do I, so when asking him about a date of completion he told me he is seen projects in the area completed with permits anywhere from a month and a half to 3 months and I was fine with that. It got to 4 months NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS OTHER THEN ME CALLING THEM OR ME SENDING EMAILS TO FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON. The once phone number that went to Chad Gillespie now goes to Shawna, someone who works for Premier patio covers. She said that they don't have the material for my job and I have no idea when they may get it. I followed up every few weeks to see if there is been an update and she keeps telling me the same thing that they do not have the materials, I then asked about the permit thinking everything should have been filed with the city of Buckeye, NOPE. It's been 6 MONTHS NO PERMITS, MATERIALS, OR A DATE OF COMPLETION. In the last email on 2/7/22 Shawna sent me, she said she is still waiting for Chad to pay for my Permit to the city of Buckeye. I'm done waiting, I told Shawna in an email, I need my full deposit refunded in 30 days of that email to avoid legal fees and court costs. I WILL UPDATE THIS IN 30 DAYS TO SEE IF THEY REFUNDED ME. IM ALSO GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE Better Business Bureau, Glendale Home & Garden Show, and Arizona registrar of contractors.

We dreamed of a cover for our patio to provide shade but Premiere Patio covers provided so much more! Our order was caught up in the pandemic delays and it was worth every minute of waiting. The patio cover design and craftsmanship matched our home exterior perfectly. It extends our living space by approximately 400 square feet! On the interior, we can see it through the windows in the back of our home; breathtaking. The interior of our home is already cooler mentally and physically. Chad (owner) and his crew worked efficiently to install the cover in two days, clean up and restore our yard to its original condition. We are having breakfast on the patio daily and the outdoor pool table will be delivered next week!

Chad, the owner, is very knowledgeable, personable, does quality work fast and is reasonably priced. Everyone can understand how delays can happen when a project is not started on a scheduled date (commitment in writing); however, he needs to improve on communication. He should call or text the customer when the schedule changes.

Chad, the owner, is on the site for the work and stays on site until the work is done, None of the typical job hopping so common with AZ contractors which delays the completion of contracted work. The work was done in the time frame we were told, at the cost quoted, and the job site was cleaned up quite adequately. Highly recommend this contractor.

Completed the job as promised, the only issue is communication. It needs to improve.

Chad is experienced, prompt and thorough. He went the extra mile by putting up a light fixture INSIDE the house after removing our rain-destroyed patio cover and replacing it with a stronger one. His ideas were on point and his work very professional. He’s started his own company and is working hard to build a great reputation. We’re sure he’ll succeed!

Chad is great to work with but needs to improve on communication. Very good work.

I had a hard time finding anyone to do the repairs I needed and they even use some parts that they had left over from another job to save me money since my awning was old.

They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Enjoyed talking to them and we will bring them back again. I highly recommend them. They quoted us a price and never varied.
