I was told my driveway will be resurfaced with 2â over my existing driveway then I was having them add a asphalted area down the side of my house which was going to be 3â thick. They told me the day of that they were going to tear my old driveway out since it was so brittle which in return I guess they must have forgot what my old driveway looked like as they added a whole truck load of gravel and raised my driveway up about 16â . This also caused them to shorten the width of my driveway about 8â so it didnâ t line up with my parking pad in-front of my garage which looked horrible. When I asked about it they said I would have to pay extra for them to make it line up like it did originally. Moving onto the side they asphalted down the side of my house. my main concern was that it didnâ t slope towards my house and well it does. Causing water to run up against my foundation. Itâ s also causing the water to pour from the opposite side washing dirt and the gravel I had added over the asphalt. When they were flattening the area they hit my gutter in ground irrigation and instead of putting it back they just ripped it all out and asphalted over it. They asphalted in the beginning of may and Iâ ve been calling Jerry and Kirk damn near everyday and keep getting different answers. I try to call the main office but most times they are out of the office and never get back to me. They keep telling me this day then this day etc etc then all of a sudden something comes up or they just straight up ghost me and I have to call them off of friends or other familyâ s phones just to get an answer. This is definitely not a business I would trust. To add to all of this as they were asphalting down the side of my house they ran into the side of my house crushing my gutter and breaking my barge board. They said they would cover it bla bla bla. A couple days after I walked out front to some dude tearing the barge board off my house I didnâ t know who he was nor did they call to tell me anyone was going to be working on my house. Very sketchy his vehicle had no work marking or anything of the sort. Our cars were parked right there too so it could have ended even worse if this guy dropped the board on either of our cars. After he got the board down he left and I didnâ t hear from anyone for about a week. They finally had a company come out and replace my gutter and replace the barge board. The new barge board was not painted and I had zero paint to match it to the rest. I was told my kirk I could get reimbursed for the paint which I have yet to get. You would think a company would fix it back to the way it was before they broke it. There was one other review I saw that somewhat pertained to what Iâ ve had happen and unfortunately I thought it would never happen to me so please stay away from them. They might have great pricing but they have zero customer service and blatantly donâ t care about the quality of work they produce. Overall just a horrible experience most of the workers told me they hated their manager and weâ re going to quit. Iâ m guess thatâ s why they did some a horrible job at keeping a clean work site. I had gravel all over my front yard and in the adjacent yard they left a good 5ft of gravel just pushed off from the top of the driveway to damn near the bottom. Update as of august 2nd nearly 3 months later they still havenâ t fixed it. I was told last week that I was on the schedule for Monday or Tuesday morning which I took time off work and they just ghosted me. Now Iâ m out pay and my driveway is still messed up.

Excellent especially when considering that most subcontractors are dreadful.

Just WOW! From the very first introduction to the finish of our driveway, this company is hands-down number one in my book. The estimator, crew and office are all nothing but pleasant. The driveway looks great and the price was right within our budget. I highly recommend Premier Paving and Sealcoat!
