Price change after service, dirty work environment, unprofessional communication, racist comments, the quality of the job is poor, this guy was beyond the limit. I do not want to anybody else experience the same situation with this guy.

John was very quick to respond and a very good communicator. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a broken garage disposal (including getting an electrician to fix a faulty switch), a leaking faucet, and a show with low water pressure. Really easy to work with and highly recommend!
