As stated before, James is old school, but that is a good thing. Very knowledgeable, great job and they go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy with the job once done. Would definitely hire again.

Chose Premier Plumbing and COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! The owner made a trip out to my house during the weekend to look at the job for FREE. After looking at the job and telling me what I needed I knew that I wouldn't be able to afford it. After speaking with him about my situation he found a way for me to be able to get my issue resolved. My water heater wasn't functioning and I was boiling water for my kids to take a bath. If Premier Plumbing is on your list of choices, you NEED to choose them.

James and Billy came out promptly when promised. Called when on way. Worked hard on a hot day. Very personable. Their job looks good.

My 18 yr old hot water heater was leaking and James was able to come out the next morning to deliver and install a new one. Very reasonable cost to have it done right by an expert Plumber.

I did not hire James for the Drain Clog job as it was on the main drain outside the house and James said he no longer does those. I hired him for another job that was inside the house and what a big mistake that was. I would not hire him again. He is extremely slow. He cannot do the work. He has a helper who is his and hands. A plumber who cannot physically do the work - wait it gets better. Per James, and Hands and did a lot of drugs in his youth. When they showed up Hands immediately started to smoke in the driveway. While Hands is smoking outside the plumber who cannot physically do the work is in the house (the billing has started). My gut at this point is telling me to not let them do the work - but then I am judging the book by its cover. Against my better judgment, I let them start. Hands has a very small attention span and really does not know what he is doing - James does the guiding. I lost all faith in them pretty quickly as I could see how bad they were bumbling the project. The ultimate kicker was when James asked me what is behind the wall and could they punch a hole in it. Really? It took them 45 minutes and they could not do the work. Hands ended up dropping a set screw behind the counter and there was no way to retrieve it (I had to go to Home Depot to find the set screw). I finally gave up and told them that I will have to hire someone else. James said he does not like to leave a job half-finished and in my mind I am thinking, I need a competent plumber - not a disaster in my kitchen. James insisted that he had been there for an hour and he needed to be paid for the full hour- even though it was obvious that the work was well outside his level of capability. At this point, I just wanted them out of my house. I write him a check and James proceeds to sit at my kitchen table and starts filling out receipts for the next 15 minutes. How long does it take to write a receipt? I am not making this up. Did I mention, he had been paid and I really wanted him out of the house? I never asked for a receipt. Thankfully, Hands is outside on my driveway smoking like a chimney. The 2nd plumber I hired was able to do in 5 minutes what these two could not do in 45. Go figure. I am shocked at the number of 5-star reviews that this plumber has. I was hoodwinked by those. James may be a master plumber but a plumber who cannot do the work himself is not worth the hire.

I really like to thank my service tech, that came out.. I want to give a thank you to Anthony and Joe, who came out in service me, they took care of my problem in a promising time, got it all done in one day, after going through the agony in frustration of other services they took care of me with no problem again thank you for your services...

Work was adequate but took two trips and did not have all parts to perform repairs during the second trip. They had to go to the store to get parts even after doing an initial inspection of the site on their first trip.

Wonderful customer service. James took the time to teach me about my plumbing issues as he fixed them. Prompt, curious, reliable. I will use them again if another issue arises and I highly recommend this company!

Came home at about 7 p.m. and found water heater leaking pretty aggressively. Went to Homeadvisor and by 3 pm the next day I had a brand new heater.
