Hard working young man. Did his best to please. Had an unfortunate incident where my tub got chipped, but Ken had warned me that this might happen, and I agreed to go ahead with the process. Prompt, polite. I will call again when I need plumbing services.

They were on time and courteous. They were quick to identified problem. Cost was on the high end of what I expected, but I am sure it was competitive with equivalent service. Would recommend them.

We had a number of plumbing issues that needed repair, and was price quoted better than anyone else. Ken was knowledgeable, experienced and professional. We would highly recommend him and definitly use him again for any future plumbing needs.

It was ok. The plumming company was one man show. Plus it was little bit pricier than what i had gotten quote for from other companies. I still used him since he insisted that he drove long way to get to my house.

They were amazing, the co-owner himself did the repair which included an extra trip to purchase mortar for the completion of the job for overall aesthetics. The faucet was replaced and warranted for two whole years...awesome service!! One last thing, they showed when they said they would in a timely fashion.!!

Premier provided the service needed as well as an estimate for future water heater replacement/repair. Was a bit more expensive than I expected for the task required. They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Would probably use again if my budget can 'take the hit'.

Water Heater Repair or Service
I have no knowledge about the quality of work performed, but I had a terrible time with the person answering the phones on their behalf. What should have been a straight forward transaction, I needed work performed on a vacant home. That, apparently, was an insurmountable problem for them: couldn't take a credit card, didn't want to accept a check, couldn't produce a faxed receipt, and, worst of all, I feel gulled about the billing. They said $39 service fee would be waived if we did the work. Work oddly enough was $139, no service fee waived, and they couldn't tell me what charges represented the $139.

EDITED REVIEW 6/18/2007 The men were courteous and did complete the project as requested. Price seemed a bit high and kept me from having the job completed as it should have been. I have since priced the parts required to finish the job and have asked Premier Plumbing to return to finalize the job. Hopefully we can get the project completed and stay withing a reasonable budget so I can give these guys a 5 star rating.

Job started out well. When a problem came up concerning the whirlpool bathtub Ken Brown installed, he left and never returned. He has not returned our calls and the bathtub is not usable. My husband is trying to finish the job himself reinforcing the side of the bathtub. My husband contaced American Standard concerning two cracks on the side of the bathtub. They recommed a company to repair them. Mr. Brown was paid $2800 to replace (3) faucets and to install the bathtub. An additional $200 would have been paid when the job was finished. We are not happy.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
When your hot water heater is leaking and about to fall through, it's a scary prospect! Premier contacted me within a couple of minutes of me emailing ServiceMagic. Premier did an excellent, quick installation job. They not only replaced my water heater but made a new platform for it to sit on. They covered my flooring to avoid any damage due to spillage from the removal of the old water heater. I will certainly use Premier again for my plumbing needs.
