Horrible! DO NOT HIRE JOEL. This guy is an absolute joke, as unprofessional as they come. I hired Joel to open my pool and educate me on the pools system for my new home. He was scheduled to come on a Saturday morning, by noon he still hadnt arrived and didnt respond to my messages until late afternoon, and said that he wouldnt be able to make it. I had to cancel plans that I had for the following day to accommodate him. No apology from him. Sunday he showed up and discovered that the previous owner did not winterize the pump correctly, that he couldnt get the pump to prime and couldnt finish the job. Fine, not his fault. We discussed what would be necessary to get the pool functioning and I asked for a quote. He of course wanted payment for opening the pool, which wasnt completed I gave him the whole $350, which I paid for and requested an invoice. He wouldnt give me an invoice but said he would later in the day. He didnt. The next morning and throughout the day I asked for both the invoice and quote. He didnt send until after 11pm. His invoice stated that he cleaned and properly stored my pool cover. This was not done at all. He took it off of the pool and put it directly in it's storage bag sopping wet and dirty. His quote was so ridiculous that when I showed it to another pool owner they laughed out loud. He quoted $1,515 for installation and cost of a 1 hp pump. (my pool needs at least a 2 HP pump, he even said this when we were discussing my options). So Ive bought a Hayward 2.5 for under $700 and received a quote for installation and updating the plumbing for another 400. Far less than what this shyster quoted me.. Dont give this guy your money nor trust that he will do a good job.

Do not hire them they did a horrible job with my pool heater, I had to call a real expert to get the work done and they did a bad electrical installation that affected my new equipment functionality, Now I will have to pay almost the entire price of the pool heater to fix it.

Reliable-came on the day we requested, performed the job we asked for at the price quoted. Also very honest. My husband over paid and they returned the amount he wasn't supposed to pay! Nice people.

I called Premier pools on a holiday weekend. Joel, the owner personally came on a Sunday. We are so happy we hired him. He and his assistant opened ny pool. We are new owners that have never had a pool before. Joel took his time to teach us how the pump, and all the other equipment, worked. He spent his time and did not leave until everything was working smoothly. I am grateful that Joel was here and willing to service my pool. A great personality, respectful, and willing to teach. I will absolutely be hiring him for all my pool work, and we discussed converting the pool to a salt water pool, he will be doing the work. A part was needed that he did not have, and he went to where he had parts and came back and used it to finish the job. The filter and all is working, and the pool is beautiful. Joel will be doing all things related to the pool from now on, and I appreciate his kindness to come and work during a holiday weekend.
