Precision Property Inspections

When joining Angi, I did not know what to expect. I had just lost my parents and stated so in my ad. I wrote how I was trying to purchase their condo and needed an inspection. Honestly I was a little alarmed as almost immediately my phone was ringing with Home Inspectors. I mean within 30 seconds of posting. I however did not hire the first one that called. Didn?t hire the second. I did not even answer the phone for the other calls and instantly regretted my decision to join Angi. I said to my husband what in the heck! Do I pick the first one who calls?!! Then I received a text?Tom from Precision Property. He started out offering his condolences on the death of my parents. Offered his services and gave me a price. I knew instantly who I was hiring and am not disappointed in my choice. Tom pointed out some potential issues. I felt very confident in his inspection. I strongly recommend. So much so that when my daughter purchases her home, Tom will be called.

Tom was very professional and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. buying a house is stressful enough and Tom made this portion of it easy. i would highly recommend.
