It was at my house.

David has repaired my washer and dryer, my dishwasher, my garbage disposal and my ice maker. I found his services to be very professional, he was very knowledgeable and completed the trouble shooting, identified the problem, ordered and installed the parts and got all of my appliances working again. He made appointments and kept me updated on his expected time of arrival. He even came after working hours one time because he knew i needed the appliance to work because it was two days before Christmas and I was expecting dinner guests. I highly recommend PRN and David.

The repair person who came out was thorough, stayed a long time to verify the problem and was very courteous and knowledgeable.

When called to confirm appt, he asked what the repair was for (a dishwasher that did not operate), and then what the model number of the dishwasher was. Both the issues observed, as well as manufacturer and model number were provided in Home Advisor request for a professional. Then when he shows up, he says, "I'm here to repair...an appliance?". Then after seeing the dishwasher, starts searching on his tablet for O&M manuals. Believes the issue is the User Interface, orders the part, comes back a few days later, replaces the user interface and dishwasher still does not start. Then he finds the control board under the dishwasher, said he didn't see that last time and says he needs to order a new control board. This was a Thursday afternoon, Monday afternoon I ask if he ordered it yet, then he replies "I just did". Comes out Friday and replaces the control board and it works. He didn't charge me for the extra user interface but did charge double for the additional trouble shooting, which in my opinion, had he read my request for service, he could have found the manual ahead of time, and located the control board the first time. Since he wasn't prepared, I got charged double for troubleshooting and it took 3 weeks to get fixed.

David was prompt, professional, and kept me up to date with his progress. The repair required that the wall oven be removed from the cabinet, which was not known before hand. David took it in stride and completed the repair in one visit even though it took him more than twice the time. I highly recommend David and will use him for all my appliance repair needs.

David at RPN came the day after I contacted him. He found the problem and fixed it within an hour. Excellent job and very polite.

David at PRN was professional, friendly, and super quick to respond. Both for the initial diagnosis call and when the parts came in, he scheduled service right away and was in and out. He installed a new ice maker for our refrigerator in about an hour. I will definitely keep his contact information handy for any appliance repair needs around the house. Great experience.

This man knows his appliances and explains what's going on and what's needed to fix it. Do not hesitate to call him if you need help with an appliance.
