Premier Roof & Stone Cleaning

This was all-around a fantastic experience. We are selling our house & had a ton of very old, dirty concrete and stone. The stone is from the 1970s, with cracks & delicate grout (or whatever is between the stones). My neighbors had a lot of trouble with ruining their stone walls/stairs when attempting to pressure wash themselves. I reached out to Manuel, who called me back very quickly. I had a bid very soon and they came out to do the work very soon after that. The work is incredible - they were able to clean away decades of grime without harming the grout at all. It looks amazing - I didn't even realize my stone could look that nice. My neighbors are excited by seeing my house cleaned like this, as they have the same old, filthy stone as I do. They also cleaned my driveway (which is huge - the driveway is about 150 yards long, is on a steep hill and has not been cleaned in decades. It looks new now. They cleaned two retaining walls, several giant stone walls, my stone mailbox and some very difficult to clean/old/filthy/delicate stone stairs w/walls. All the work came out beautiful and the stone work looks new. I highly recommend them!!

Our house has limestone exterior walls that should be white, but they had a great deal of black mold that had formed over the face of it leaving it looking discolored and old. The Premier Roof and Stone Cleaning team came out and took care of everything we agreed upon beforehand. In the instance some of the other places start to look like the front or side of the house, I'll be looking to give Manuel and his team a call again.

Manuel and team were on time in morning to soft wash my concrete tile roof of black algae. 4 hours later job was completed to my satisfaction and roof looked new again. I was given a fair price for a job well done and worth it. After 15 years roof was in need of a washing and hopefully it will be another 15 years before its needed again, it kinda all depends on what is blowing in the air thru the years but its best to get it done before it grows worst. These guys were awesome- my house really needed the work and they left me feeling like I own a new home with a new paint job. We had to do some rescheduling initially but Manuel the owner followed through with our new appointment, showed up on time, and worked all day long to get my home in tip top shape. I love that they did soft washing because I was worried about the masonry on the front of the house. Everything looks phenomenal!
