Ben clearly communicated all of the steps on the process from start to finish. He was also able to get us the color we wanted even though it was in very short supply. Project went very quickly, and the installation was completed in 1 day. The crew did a great job of clean up and I have yet to find any debris or nails around the house.

We had a hail storm come thru, and my roof was severely damaged. I had initially had another company inspect the roof, contacted my insurance company, called the initial company back, but after leaving a few messages, got no response. While waiting for a response from the initial company, Premier Roofing representative, Shawn Burton, the Field Representative, came to my door. He explained that Premier Roofing, and he, would provide outstanding service and quality work to repair my roof. I told Shawn that I was waiting for a call from the initial roofing company, and if they did not respond by the next day, I would call him. Two days later, I called Shawn back, told him to come back and put a "Premier Roofing" sign in my yard. I should mention the project number, #2151771,, to insure proper accolade's to the deserving. I have to say "Somebody Up There Likes Me", because Shawn provided outstanding service throughout the process. I should mention this is the first time I had to deal with a roofing project? Well Shawn Burton is a super and knowledgeable professional. He made me feel comfortable through the whole process. He kept me informed of each step of the process along the way. My roof looks EXCELLANT, the installers where great, and they did a professional job, and where careful when removing the old roofing material, being sure to provide protection to my decks, bushes and gardens. They cleaned up all around the outside of the house, being sure to remove any debris I should mention my roof looks EXCELLANT. It does, and it was a lot of hard work.......but thanks to Shawn Burton.....not hard at all for me, I only had to select the color of Timberline HD shingles I wanted. I put my trust in Premier Roofing and Shawn, and I could not be happier with them. Along with Shawn was the Project Manager, Caleb Conover, and the both of them as a team made sure all went well. And it really did. Special thanks to Shawn and Premier Roofing for a great job! My roof, with the three layers of protection will provide better protection than my previous roof did. Also, did I mention, my roof looks EXCELLANT. WOW!

Best decision I ever made was to go with Rick and Premier Roofing! Rick was not only extremely knowledgeable but kind and honest. My roof looks amazing! The crew did it in one day and were so professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up beautifully. I am so happy! Thank you Rick and crew!!

Worst experience of any roofing job in my over 70 year lifetime. Everything was a contest with this company. Sales rep had no concept of attention to detail. II would rate zero if that was an option.

I have been dealing with the place for over a year. The sales team does not call you, it took them 8 months to just start my roof and now I cannot even get them to get the final bill done right. This place has been a joke from the start and Will J. my sales rep for them he is the biggest joke.

My roof was replaced right before Christmas in 2018. The roofers were a complete disaster and treated my property like it was a garbage dump. They left trash, nails, roof pieces, plastic, and other debris everywhere and did not clean up any of it when they were done, they just left. They damaged my gutters, scuffed up my garage door, and my siding on my house and on my shed. They left the debris trailer parked in the middle of my driveway for 24 hours when I specifically asked for it to be parked on the right-hand side due to there being a large crack in the driveway on the left side. Not only did they ignore my specific instructions and park the trailer over the crack, but they left it there overnight so no one could get into the garage. Worst of all, they used my backyard as their personal bathroom and we found urine in multiple places on our fence and shed. I have made no less than 25 phone calls to various people to complain about these issues. My field representative stopped returning my calls altogether after the roof was completed. I called the Colorado Springs and Denver offices for two solid weeks and left messages before someone finally called me back and I was reassigned a new field rep, by the name of Mike. Mike came out to hear all of my complaints and inspect the roof to make sure, it at least was completed properly and advised me that he would be back in touch with remedies to my complaints. And then I did not hear from anyone for another 3 weeks after that. A man by the name of Kevin called me out of the blue several weeks later to inquire about coming out to remove the scuffs from the garage door and the siding, which he completed. To date, Kevin has been the ONLY person at the company who has been responsive and responded promptly to all of my phone calls. Everyone else has been absolutely terrible to work with. No one answers their phone, no one is ever at the office and no one calls you back. As of this week, I finally got a return call from Mike confirming that Premier Roofing was not willing to do anything to compensate me for my gutters being damaged or the way my property was treated overall. I had to pick up all of the garbage myself, I collected a gallon sized Ziploc bag full of roofing nails because I had to in order to allow my pets to go out into the backyard. I have never experienced such horrible service from any organization. I am appalled by the way Premier Roofing treats their customers, that the individuals hired to perform the roofing are allowed to treat customer property so poorly, and I have no idea how on earth this company ever got an A+ rating with the BBB. The fact that weeks go by with no return phone calls to customers is unacceptable. I had to sign paperwork that guaranteed I would pay them no matter what, which gives me zero leverage against this terrible company.

After the hail storm in July, my husband found Premier through HomeAdvisor reviews and noticed they were all great, so we gave them a call. They offered a "free" inspection as long as you signed a contract stating that if the roof needed to be repaired, you would use them otherwise you have to pay a fee (this should have been our first warning). Being new homeowners and in a hurry, we decided to go for it since Mike (the representative we worked with) seemed nice and wasn't pressuring us at all. After a little time went by, Mike made an appointment to come by so we could sign more paperwork and get the process started. He did not call or show up. The next day he called my husband and apologized and asked when he could come back, so we made another appointment, he showed up and everything went great. Mike was very careful to tell us that it was very possible we would get a call about a start date, but then get another call saying the work would be delayed since their crews need to stop if bad weather occurred and what not from another house, which made perfect sense to us, so we said okay, selected our colors and were excited to get the process started. A crew arrived to deliver the shingles on our roof in a timely manner and we were told the crew would arrive the following week to start the roof (they gave us the start date). The night before, we were careful to take down the pictures off the wall, find a doggy day care for our dogs, park our cars in the street and do everything on the checklist we were told to do, and we expected a dumpster and a crew to show up between 7:30-9am, which is what we were told. No one showed up. Around 11, my husband called Mike to see what was happening. He did not answer, but shortly after, someone else from Premier called to tell him the crew was delayed and they would have to start next week. We thought it was weird that they didn't call us sooner to tell us, but passed it off as a mistake and didn't think much more of it. Three more times were told a start date, and then were no called/no showed on. THREE TIMES. No dumpster, no crew, no call, no nothing. So $200 in doggy day care bills later, we were starting to get frustrated. While I understand things happen, it's really frustrating (and expensive) to get stood up by your roofing company. So, the final time, they promised their best crew and a dumpster the following week, and luckily my mom was planning to be out here then, so we no longer had to worry about the dogs and that extra expense. So, the morning arrives, the crew is supposed to show up (we were told around 7:30 again)... 9 hours later at 4:30 they show up (once again, no call) shortly after the dumpster arrived. The next day the crew finished most of the roof. My mom reported that the crew were incredibly nice and that they immediately started cleaning up out back when she asked when the yard would be ready so the dogs could use the bathroom. To be clear, the ONLY reason I am giving Premier

    N/A Sandra W. Golden, CO

Tony inspected my roof and verified that it was in good condition.. He was prompt, professional and courteous.

    N/A Joe B. Denver, CO

Premier was upfront and was able to get the job done on time and within budget.
