My roof was replaced right before Christmas in 2018. The roofers were a complete disaster and treated my property like it was a garbage dump. They left trash, nails, roof pieces, plastic, and other debris everywhere and did not clean up any of it when they were done, they just left. They damaged my gutters, scuffed up my garage door, and my siding on my house and on my shed. They left the debris trailer parked in the middle of my driveway for 24 hours when I specifically asked for it to be parked on the right-hand side due to there being a large crack in the driveway on the left side. Not only did they ignore my specific instructions and park the trailer over the crack, but they left it there overnight so no one could get into the garage. Worst of all, they used my backyard as their personal bathroom and we found urine in multiple places on our fence and shed. I have made no less than 25 phone calls to various people to complain about these issues. My field representative stopped returning my calls altogether after the roof was completed. I called the Colorado Springs and Denver offices for two solid weeks and left messages before someone finally called me back and I was reassigned a new field rep, by the name of Mike. Mike came out to hear all of my complaints and inspect the roof to make sure, it at least was completed properly and advised me that he would be back in touch with remedies to my complaints. And then I did not hear from anyone for another 3 weeks after that. A man by the name of Kevin called me out of the blue several weeks later to inquire about coming out to remove the scuffs from the garage door and the siding, which he completed. To date, Kevin has been the ONLY person at the company who has been responsive and responded promptly to all of my phone calls. Everyone else has been absolutely terrible to work with. No one answers their phone, no one is ever at the office and no one calls you back. As of this week, I finally got a return call from Mike confirming that Premier Roofing was not willing to do anything to compensate me for my gutters being damaged or the way my property was treated overall. I had to pick up all of the garbage myself, I collected a gallon sized Ziploc bag full of roofing nails because I had to in order to allow my pets to go out into the backyard. I have never experienced such horrible service from any organization. I am appalled by the way Premier Roofing treats their customers, that the individuals hired to perform the roofing are allowed to treat customer property so poorly, and I have no idea how on earth this company ever got an A+ rating with the BBB. The fact that weeks go by with no return phone calls to customers is unacceptable. I had to sign paperwork that guaranteed I would pay them no matter what, which gives me zero leverage against this terrible company.

After the hail storm in July, my husband found Premier through HomeAdvisor reviews and noticed they were all great, so we gave them a call. They offered a "free" inspection as long as you signed a contract stating that if the roof needed to be repaired, you would use them otherwise you have to pay a fee (this should have been our first warning). Being new homeowners and in a hurry, we decided to go for it since Mike (the representative we worked with) seemed nice and wasn't pressuring us at all. After a little time went by, Mike made an appointment to come by so we could sign more paperwork and get the process started. He did not call or show up. The next day he called my husband and apologized and asked when he could come back, so we made another appointment, he showed up and everything went great. Mike was very careful to tell us that it was very possible we would get a call about a start date, but then get another call saying the work would be delayed since their crews need to stop if bad weather occurred and what not from another house, which made perfect sense to us, so we said okay, selected our colors and were excited to get the process started. A crew arrived to deliver the shingles on our roof in a timely manner and we were told the crew would arrive the following week to start the roof (they gave us the start date). The night before, we were careful to take down the pictures off the wall, find a doggy day care for our dogs, park our cars in the street and do everything on the checklist we were told to do, and we expected a dumpster and a crew to show up between 7:30-9am, which is what we were told. No one showed up. Around 11, my husband called Mike to see what was happening. He did not answer, but shortly after, someone else from Premier called to tell him the crew was delayed and they would have to start next week. We thought it was weird that they didn't call us sooner to tell us, but passed it off as a mistake and didn't think much more of it. Three more times were told a start date, and then were no called/no showed on. THREE TIMES. No dumpster, no crew, no call, no nothing. So $200 in doggy day care bills later, we were starting to get frustrated. While I understand things happen, it's really frustrating (and expensive) to get stood up by your roofing company. So, the final time, they promised their best crew and a dumpster the following week, and luckily my mom was planning to be out here then, so we no longer had to worry about the dogs and that extra expense. So, the morning arrives, the crew is supposed to show up (we were told around 7:30 again)... 9 hours later at 4:30 they show up (once again, no call) shortly after the dumpster arrived. The next day the crew finished most of the roof. My mom reported that the crew were incredibly nice and that they immediately started cleaning up out back when she asked when the yard would be ready so the dogs could use the bathroom. To be clear, the ONLY reason I am giving Premier
