Skyler Wassmer explained in detail what his crew was going to do and why it needed to be done. My tile roof needed repair in several of the valleys. We have a hip roof with many ridges and valleys. KC Roofscapes did a temporary repair on my roof in the past and I was VERY impressed so now that it was time to install a new roof, I hired them a 2nd time. This means that over the life of the roof (25+ years) my roof will more than pay for itself! Skyler to the rescue! I had a small job, one asphalt shingle came off my mansard roof. Great communication, 100% accurate estimate. Shingle was replaced quickly and he ensured the surrounding area was intact. Will absolutely use him again if needed!
