I had Premier come out to replace my composite over shake roof and my gazebo roof. I had insurance to cover the cost. The good: Great quality No complaints for my house. No problems with insurance, Premier took care of it $250 referral reward thanks to Patrick The bad: Had to deal with not knowing when people came to my house When the came they would leave without me inspecting the work Process started in June and lasted to October Offer $200 of a $15,000 bill (1.33% discount) for damage to my driveway, brick sidewalk, and broken gutter guards

The communication was pretty good, we never got some of the emails or communications that were supposed to be sent. There was some damage done in our house from things falling off the wall since we didnt know they were coming the day they did. They fixed and/or replaced everything though, so no hard feelings.

My field rep was Patrick Donahue and field supervisor was Aaron Cohen. Any questions asked where quickly answered to my satisfaction. A new computer system was being installed at the time of installation which hampered some communication. Roof was installed in a timely manner with prompt and courteous employees. Premier Roofing is a relatively new company but their customer service was extremely attenive and exceeded my expectations. I had a couple post issues and they responded immediately and took care of the issues within a week. This roofer deservers more than five stars....they were outstanding. I have recommended them to several friends and relatives. Other businesses could learn the importance of communicaitions and customer service from Premier. Thanks Premier!

Chad Novak (sales rep) put together a comprehensive presentation, with pictures of the proposed repairs and a very detailed bid. Their price was competitve with the other two companies but I chose them because Chad took the time to explain all the job costs and details upfront. Once the job was scheduled Casey the project manager did a good job of communicating timing and work schedules. Job site clean-up was superb and follow-up on one small issue was addressed quickly. This was a professional job and I would use this team again.

The quality of their roofing project was good, but there were several overall snags in the completion of all facets of the project in a timely manner and lack of communication with me on the timing and decision points of the project (i.e. where to put the gutters back on my house - same location or where they thought the gutters should be). Overall, the quality of their work was positive, but I would definitely put others higher on my list of companies to work with in the future.

I would recommend them but with a caveat. They will do a fine job of re-roofing as long as they are not asked to do anything extra. In our case, we wanted to add an overhang to our roof as it didn't have one. They hired a subcontractor to do the overhang and his work was decidedly substandard. The overhang is not level, so we can't put gutters on the house; the fascia doesn't fit properly so squirrels should have no problem nesting in our attic all winter. In their defense, they are very good about communication. In order to coordinate. w/subcontractor, work started the day before a rain storm and we have damage. Issues not resolved yet

One hassle after another. If I would not have been there when the contractors were it would have been a disaster. Although they did try to make everything right. It took over a month from start to completion.
