Chris contacted me after I selected him on Angie. He emailed about meeting me at a certain time. He arrived at that time no excuses. We discussed my issues. He did not give an estimate until he had analyzed my equipment. Then he told me about what he would expect for parts and labor. I agreed as he got my system up and going. he realized further work would be needed (3 Leaking sprinkler heads). He gave me the option of doing them at a later date. I assumed worried about raising my total. But honestly his total price was about 1/3 the price of his competitors. It was a blessing to me to meet this guy. He is a knowledgeable nice young man. Good service bit expensive side

While mowing my lawn, I noticed a puddle of water that wouldn't go away. After the city confirmed it wasn't their issue, I reached out through HomeAdvisor and marked the request as urgent. Chris responded almost immediately and came out on Saturday to assess the problem. Since the parts store had already closed, he returned first thing Monday morning with the necessary parts and quickly fixed the issue. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Chris not only repaired the leak but also took the time to make a few additional adjustments and improve the area, leaving it looking better than before. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to throughout the process. If you need someone you can trust with your irrigation system, Chris is your guy.
