Add a screen room installed a year and a half ago and when installed that had a bent track, mark tait does not return phone calls or text gives you a line that when you finally do get a hold of them that all will be out never shows up never calls. I guess the lifetime warranty thatâ s all over his website. Best in the industry ends when he gets paid.

NEVER and I repeat NEVER use this company in Rochester NY Owner Mark Tait talks a good game, but he NEVER returns calls. These 5 star reviewers obviously have not needed the company 5 or so years later. We saw him at a show in downtown Rochester after having tried to get him to honor his word, and of course he mace promises there in front of prospective customers, even took our e mail address again and NEVER responded to MULTIPLE calls..

VERY disappointed in this company. Mark assured me it would be completed by the time my family came July 18th. This date came & went and it is now July 23rd. So far only the railing on the deck has been taken off. I've tried repeatedly to reach Mark without success. We can't even use the deck because it is a 20' drop to the patio.

I would recommend this company from a price and product perspective. This was not the most professional contractor/company that I have worked with, however.

Mark and his team are very professional. I had no trouble entrusting them with my home while I was away. The room couldn�t be more perfect. I love our new room! I would recommend Mark and his company for any home remodeling
