Premier employs only the most talented and skillful crews in this industry full-time. All of our employees are FULL TIME and we do not use any. We use only genuine DIAMOND BRITE exposed aggregate pool finishes. DIAMOND BRITE is the most durable pool finish available on the market today. With proper care it will last over 10 years. There are inferior, generic materials such as "Atlantic Blue", "Armour Coat", "Suncoat", "Marquis", "Everbrite" and "Tropical". These materials have very poor reliability and don't meet SGM's DIAMOND BRITE warranty or quality in this industry. Each job is supervised and completed to your satisfaction. We simply do what we say and say what we do when it comes to our workmanship, keeping honesty and integrity between you, the consumer, and Premier.

I can't complain about CUSTOMER SERVICE because there was none ...If you don't mind being lied to about the progress of your project, then you might like this company. If you believe a PHONE call or visit during the project (especially after multiple requests because you felt there might be a problem) would be good business, THEN DON'T EXPECT THAT FROM THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOAD OF STRESS!!

The workmanship was excellent except for some sloppy clean up. Communication after the contract was signed was very minimal with Chris but excellent when Dennis took over at the end. Dennis called me to verify times and to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

I was impressed with the customer service and the dedication of Premier Pools to having my pool completed in time for July 4th. We had a few set backs along the way, but true to their word my pool was completed when they said it would be. I would highly recommend Premier Pools. THANKS GUYS

The only time I heard from him was to tell me to be there so he could get paid. He never was at the job to supervise and even though he said the didn't sub out the work it was and his crew did damage my payers. Customer service was a joke. The pool work was great.

Premier did a great job with my pool. From the initial meeting & quote, I just felt comfortable doing business with them. Before I chose to go with Premier, I did my homework on the industry and I had 7 different companies quote the job. Chris H with Premier ran away with it far and above the competition. They started when they said they would start and they finished when they said they would finish. All of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed. The crew was well organized, talented at their craft and kept a good clean job. No mess to pick up after they left. I started out with foreclosure home purchase with a pool that was very broken. I now have a crown jewel of a pool that sparkles and glistens. Thank you Premier! Great Job!

I'm very very please with the quality of the work....it was done ahead of schedule. The estimate of work cost was left with me the same day as the appointment. AND they did a very very good job. I would highly recommend them but before you sign the contract...specify a schedule or at a minimum require them to coordinate work by calling you in advance....I have a gate to my yard which is secured. They seemed to think they should be able to come & go at-will, with no advance notice or scheduling. Otherwise....a very good experience.

They began what was to be a 7 -10 project that lasted well into 15-16 for the major part and they still have not returned to finish the tile work where they damaged the edge of the pool. They totaly lost the fact that this is my home that they were working at and not a constructions site. I had to pick up workers garbage and chicken bones from my back yard. Now I have some large white spots that are showing up in the diamondbrite and I am afraid to call them for the waranty. Who knows what kind of a mess they will leave this time.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! The first brother stated that the job would take 2 weeks to complete and this seemed reasonable. The second brother stated it would take one week! They took 3 months to complete the work and even left for vacation in the middle of the project and did not inform the customer. I had to hound them to get the work started, during and to finish. They did an absolutely lousy job during the project and I had to complain several time about the poor work the tile guys were doing and they had to tear out sections and re-do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!

The sales rep (and owner), Chris was awesome, as was Choi the coordinator. Mark (the other owner) has a lot of work to do on his customer relation skills. Although the start up instructions were presented to us during the initial presentation, it would have been EXTREMELY helpful if they had left a copy when they completed the pool. Overall, we recommended Premier to several friends, and two are using them. The 10 year warranty on materials and labor is what sold us on Premier. That, and the fact they did not take short cuts on the remodel. Despite Mark, we would definitely recommend Premier to our friends and neighbors.

I contracted for a simple waterfall. They installed one different from the original design. When I discussed the matter with Mark he continued to inform me that the one they installed cost more than the one I contracted for and that he lost money on the deal. I agreed to keep the one they installed at a reduced price as long as they would come back out and trim the mortaer edges that were jagged. He agreed but never came. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I would not hire this company again. The owner only came in the beginning, and six out of the seven workers were partially knowledgable, not covered by the presented insurances, and worked without supervision. As an example of lack of work quality, several tiles fell off the following morning because notch trowels were not used, yet the workers maintained that the grout would hold.
