"Before every fireplace that is not prewired or have an electrical outlet where we have to drill though a stud to hide wires i tell every customer that we will have to cut a hole to drill and you will need to get it patched after we finish, we do not repair drywall. Before i cut the hole i explained this to the customer and she was ok with it, if there was a problem I would not have cut hole."
