They were thorough and completed my requested job and gave a very reasonable quote that included haul away.

Jeff and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and good at what they do, and his pricing was very reasonable. I had them remove 3 trees that were within a foot or two of my house, one of which looked healthy from the outside but Jeff saw signs of distress that everyone else missed. That tree turned out to be hollow on the inside at its base and was getting ready to snap. It would have crashed into my house if that happened. I canâ t speak highly enough of Premier.

We needed our entire back yard cleaned up and trees trimmed. Their price was great, work done quickly and they cleaned up completely after they were done. They will certainly get my business again.

Jeffrey was the low bidder of 4 estimates I had for removing 2 huge River/Paper Birches. They came as scheduled and completed the job of tree removal, grinding the stumps and root runners above ground, cleaned up the debris to include many wheelbarrows of wood chips/sawdust. Access to my rear yard was narrow and they came with a rubber-tracked Cherry Picker/Boom Lift that extended up to 60 feet - other bidders had truck-mounted booms with no way to get close to the trees. They had the right equipment for their professionals to safely remove the trees. They thoroughly cleaned the yard before they left, nothing left for me to do. The entire crew was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Jeffrey and his team at Premier Tree and Landscape and have referred his name to both family and friends. If I ever need Tree removal or Landscape services I will most definitely call them. Well deserving of the 5.0 rating and would give them higher if available. Thanks, Jeffrey to you and your team. Jeff and his team do a excellent job.

A competitive estimate and ability to start work quickly (~1 week) gave them the edge in selecting a service provider. The job was unusually challenging because of tree locations and surrounding property that could not be damaged. Jeff had to swing 5-6 foot sections away via a zip line. Professionally accomplished through both knowledge and use of the best equipment. I would not hesitate to use Premier again and will certainly recommend them to others.

The vendor was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the Scope of Work to be done. Also, the remaining staff were diligently in working to complete the task effectivel and efficiently.

They apologized and requested to come late because a small job had turned into a bigger job. They worked to dusk to complete our project as promised and left the sight as clean as when they had arrived.

I do not know how my project was deemed to be tree service. I had them redo the lawn by regrading and reseeding the yard. They did a fine job.

We had branches hanging over our home and some broken branches over the driveway. They did everything we asked and found a sick tree in the yard that threatened our neighbors home. Afterwards, they cleaned up the debris and hauled it away. Polite, fast, professional. We won't hesitate to call them again.

This job was to remove a cherry tree that had easy roadside access and grind the stump. A pretty simple job. The weather cooperated, they were on time, cleaned up well, and gave me a fair price. The price was so fair, I did not even try to haggle. Others did not offer a fair price to start with, so did not get my business. I will call them first for my next tree project.

Did a great job and communicated well. Professional, punctual, and honest. Had a small oopsie but they made things right and were very honest and upfront. I would hire them again for the same service and other services.

Met with the owner to asses the job, I showed him the dead branches that needed to be removed and the vines that needed to be cut off of 2 large trees. He knew what he was talking about and gave me a few pointers to save the trees from further bug damage. He gave me a price for all the work and I agreed without negotiating. His crew came the next week and removed the bottom parts of the vines and only a few of the dead branches we discussed. I asked him to come back to finish the job and I just got a bunch of excuses for weeks. I eventually pointed out how he had broken multiple promised appointments to finish the job. He sent me a nasty text saying how he should not have done the job for that cheap. Said he would come back next week, never showed, said his climber was sick and it would be the next week. Just lots of excuses, then he just started to ignore my calls. Never came back to get any of the remaining dead branches or the remaining vines. I thought it was a simple job that did not need a contract and pictures of what branches needed to be taken down. I was clearly wrong and learned my lesson. These guys cannot handle a simple job. Pay for someone a little more expensive and get everything in writing.

They looked at the trees we needed to be trimmed and suggested how to keep them healthy while also trimming them back far enough to prevent squirrels from jumping onto our roof. Other contractors just suggested cutting down the trees.
