All the work was done appropriately as well as the clean-up, but I felt bad for the crew at the end since they spoke no English and Sal who was the person I dealt with at the beginning did not come back to the site when it was time to pay the bill and the workers did not understand or have the means to use my credit care.

They were able to come the next day with a crew. They removed two trees and an agapantha. They cleaned up afterward, and made sure we were satisfied before they left. I would definitely hire them again.

I needed a small citrus tree removed. They responded promptly and did the job in about 10 minutes for $200. I asked them if they removed all the roots and they said yes, even though I could see they did not go out from the trunk more than a foot. When I planted the new tree, it took me an hour to cut through the roots with my shovel and pick. I am 78 years old and that is the last thing I wanted which is why I hired them. Poor job.

The workers broke a window on my home during a tree removal. The owner, Sal Ureno, promised me he would get it fixed, but he has reneged on that promise. It's been over a month and he won't respond. Very unethical and unprofessional. Would not use this company again or recommend to anyone else.

I was very concerned that the in ground lighting, system and surrounding hard scope would get damaged with the tree removal. The crew was very meticulous with the removal of the diseased trees and no damage to the aforementioned hard scape. They also did a great job of cleaning up post the removal. I would definitely use them again!
