We needed a new roof and got it done within a week and it was done the day they promised. Cleanup went well. They picked up everything and we didn’t find any debris on the driveway or in the yard.

We had the pleasure of working with Matt and BJ on our deck replacement, and I can’t say enough positive things about them! From start to finish, they were fantastic — professional, detail-oriented, and committed to making sure everything was done right. The finished deck looks amazing, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. Hands down one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any future outdoor projects!

They did our roof earlier this year and were quite quick about it. However they were much slower picking up their leftover stuff. After a rain storm, I noticed a stain on my ceiling that wasn't there before. I called the owner and he said he would get right back to me. He didn't call back, so I called again the next day. He said he would take care of it and get right back to me. Again, no call, so I called again the next day. He assured me he would take care of it and again said he would also take care of the stain in my ceiling. It was going into the 4th July holiday and nothing would be done until after that, so he would get his worker on it right away and call me back promptly to let me know what was happening. He didn't call again, so I called a left a message the next day. When he still didn't respond after the holiday, I called his wife who also runs the business. She said she hadn't heard anything about it and would check into in, getting back to me promptly. She didn't call back, so I called her again the next day and she said that they had fixed the leak and didn't know why her husband had not told me. She sent pictures of the repair to prove this. She also assured me several times that they would take care of the stain in the ceiling. She didn't call back, so I texted after a while and asked what was happening with fixing the stain. She again assured me that it would be done and again nothing happened. I texted several times and she kept saying she would take care of it and then wouldn't contact me until the next time I texted. Finally I sent them both a email saying how disappointed I was that they communicated so poorly and that they never honored their repeated promise to fix the stain. I recommend avoiding them for roofing since they failed to properly seal my roof, repeatedly promised to fix the problems, failed to let me know what was going on and ultimately left the stain for me to deal with.

Yeah stay away from premier exteriors only call them if you are sure that your repairs are going to cost alot of money cuz that's all they care about they talk a big game about caring for the customers but it's all nonsense my repairs where not going to be covered by my insurance and it wasn't going to cost a lot so they decide to ignore my calls and my requests just saying we will get on it but never did so disappointed I really wanted to belive on their lies but it is a business like the rest of them they only care about profit not the customer oh well

Work was very well done with great materials and a reasonable price.

Mary Beth was very helpful from picking out the shingles to working with the insurance company.

Ayden abd Marybeth worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was taken care of when my insurance company refused to send an adjuster to assess damages to my home. They've been open and accomodating to answering every question I had and were prompt with communication and service.

Carey and Marybeth worked as hard and as quick as they were allowed to. They were wonderful and answered any and all questions we had regarding roofing and insurance alike! We highly recommend them!

Mary was kind and answered all my questions. The installers protected all areas surrounding the project. The removal and installation of the roof was completed in one day.

Assessed for hail damage. Didn’t find any.

I needed my roof inspected after a severe hail storm. Clay was on time, inspected the roof on the garage and home, also inspected the rain guards. He discussed his findings and recommended that no replacement was required, and the rain guards while showing some minor storm damage, was still functional and didn't feel replacing them would be of benefit at this time. I was pleased that he took the time to review everything and also felt the roof had many years of service left.

Product and installation was excellent, but the gem was the customer service. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. Marybeth was on top of everything with great follow-through. I was never left in the dark about "what, where, and when." I am more than pleased, and would highly recommend Premier Exteriors.
