Showed up at the appointed time, no delays or reschedules. Quickly performed the needed service. Returned my call when I remembered a question I forgot to ask while they were there. Highly recommend.

Problem is actually worse now than before. Tech is blaming TV or Direct TV for issues. Said our box is so old he's never seen one like it. Box came in during November 2011. Direct TV is sending out a tech at no charge to straighten out the problem.

I initial asked for a cable drop but was saved a ton of money simply by having an appliance installed that uses my houses electrical system as the network. Perfect work.

They were very professional and aside from the electrical bridge to hide the cords and cables the job was completed as asked. We asked for the cords to be behind the wall, but due to the lack of an electrician on staff they were not able to complete that task. We loved the speed of service.

Bridger did an excellent job. He's down to eath and very professional he answered all my questions and explain everything in layman terms.

Went to servicemagic.com and filled out the form, within 15 minutes I received a call from Bridger. He made an appointment and showed up at my house all within 2 hours of the first contact. What contractor does that anymore?! I received my estimate 1.5 days later, which was very acceptable. Once I agreed to the deal, he made an appt., showed up on time, finished the job as promised and on time. Overall, great experience.

Bridger Bost did an excellent job. The work was professional and quick. I received a free consulation and got great advice. I then received a quote with details of the work. Bridger completed the work on time and the work was flawless....it exceeded my expectations.

Bridger took the time to come out to my house, before giving me a quote. He talked with me about the various options that were available and was willing to work with my timeline and budget. He installed my flatscreen in the timeframe he had specified and cleaned up the remnants of his work. I would absolutely recommend him to any interested in installing AV equipment in your home.

It is rare to find someone with an amazing combination of professionalism, passion and extensive knowledge in their field�but, Bridger/Premier Home Theater was 5+ stars in each of those. I've had several companies come for similar work, but Bridger was the first to get it right. They worked hard, efficiently, meticulously and always cleaned up. We are sooooo happy with how well everything was done, how incredible the sound/TV look, how reasonable it cost (truly a great value) and how enjoyable it was getting to know Bridger. If you want someone you can trust, respect and rely on, I am confident Bridger is the best you will find!!!

Bridger is very good at what he does and his pricing is very reasonable. He came right out for a free estimate and the instillation was done less than a week later. He really seems to know his stuff; we would hire him again for sure!
