From salesmen to installers, the employees of Premier Yankee were professional, knowledgeable, polite, on time, thorough, careful around my belongs, for example - covering my hardwood floors, accurate and effiicent. They outlined 1) how the process would go, 2) timeline for window order to arrive, 3) installer would contact me and 4) installation occurred at my convenience - which was immdiately. Price is very reasonable for the quality of the product received. I could not afford to replace ALL my 24 windows at once, so as I save I will be contacting them again without hesitation.
