Work performed is excellent. Communication is lacking. Job took 7 weeks to complete. He may have quit the business shortly after my install. He said he would be back to adjust my iron driveway gate and hasn't returned. Phone calls have gone unanswered, voicemails not returned, and now the phone says not accepting calls. So I don't know, if I ever get an explanation and the gate adjusted, I'd rate 5 stars.

Mr. Pierson made my "corral fence" project a very good experience. It was my 1st time hiring someone to do anything, and I was truely pleased. I tried to explain what I wanted and he took the time to go over details and options with me,where no one else would. Mr. Pierson understood exatly what I needed to keep my animals safe and secure. He worked within my budget and now I have a beautiful fence. Premier replaced a privacy fence for me which included tear down, cleanup and installation. Communication was good and Chris kept me up informed from the initial estimate until the job completed. The cost was reasonable and the job was done both well and quickly. I'll definitely use this company for future projects.

Chris and his guys worked from sun up until sun down over the weekend to complete the fence of my new home. We moved in on a Thursday and they worked all weekend to complete the fence so that we would not need to keep our dog inside the house any longer than necessary. They did excellent work and were very respectful of my property the entire time they were working. If you have a fence installed by any other company your crazy! The work crew was very professional and easy to talk to. They did excellent work. I am a very satified customer and plan to use them in the future.

The final project turned out nicely. They finished a day later than planned due to my neighbor pulling them off my property to work on her property. I explained to them that I did not appreciate the action taken. Especcially since I was required to pay a deposite upfront and my neighbor had not paid anything. However, I have recommended at least four homeowners to them and my place of business as well for larger jobs. The craftmanship really is remarkable provided by the owners.

Arrived in short time after placing the request. Excellent work. Good customer service and relationship. The best experience with a contractor I can remember ever having. Will definately use their services again!
