There was a professional knowledgeable service /owner representative that was extremely proficient in his service. I will continue to use Premier for both our heating and appliance repair & maintenance. I will recommend him to family and friends.

Friendly. Helpful. Fast. I will call them again if needed

Fast, on time service. Professional and price was very reasonable.

Very professional and courteous. Good price for the service. Will use them again.

Technician was most gracious. He suggested trying to use cleaning wash on washer to see if problem could be solved before replacement of agitator.

Very fast scheduling. The technician was on time and professional. He cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the outside vent cover which was broken. He made a special trip to Lowes for the correct size vent cover and installed it upon his return. Excellent work.

Jeremy called in plenty of time for me to get to the house and from what I can tell did the job I needed . Hopefully my getting s contract wil prove beneficial in the year to come.

Prompt, friendly and very reasonably priced. I would use them again in the future!

We received stellar service from Premier heating and air! The owner Jeremy was very attentive and professional and took care of fixing our washing machine right away so that it would be back in top working order before the holidays. They kept me informed about the progress of the project when ordering parts and their technicians did an excellent job. I would definitely hire this company again and will be happy to recommend them to others. Sincerely, Missy Ricker Home and Property Owner

Great job! Right on time, wasn’t an easy install (combo microwave and wall oven) got it done, even came back to put in a part that I had forgotten to give them. Highly recommended. Both guys were great, a special shout out to Jeremy for going above and beyond
