LPS is a great company - Tray had outstanding customer service, timely and offered the best pricing. He was able to restore my AC in 45 minutes after another company stated I needed a whole new system or $4k worth or repairs to get it functional. Call LPS if you want an honest ethical deal.

We discovered no air blowing thru AC vents in certain rooms...we called Tres to check out the new system they installed 2 years. Tres found we had severe damage to the ducts in the attic...squirrels ate up the ducts/insulation and destroyed areas of the duct system and the air was releasing into the attic. Tres immediately began the search for ducts, supply issue like most things these days and would be a week to 10 days just to get the ducts...Tres was able to do some temporary patch work, to provide some relief as it was beginning to warm up in the area. Ducts arrived in about a week, Tres' crew showed up on a Monday morning and removed the entire duct system and installed the new. Crew was great. Tres also did us a solid and agreed to put out poison to address the squirrel issue, no additional charge other than cost of poison, that was great customer service. Tres did a walk around the outside of the house to see if were areas they squirrels were getting in and located 3 areas and he filled the holes to prevent entry...another no charge service. Tres as did when we had the new system installed 2 years ago, went above and beyond the scope of work and did some extra things to avoid future problems. We will continue to be loyal to Tres and Limitless Premier Services for our future needs. Highly recommend!

Call Tres for an estimate before buying from someone else!!! The owner (Tres) came out for the estimate and was here the entire day with his crew to install two new heat pump systems. They were professional, courteous, tidy (covered carpets, wore shoe coverings, etc) and trustworthy to do what they said they would do. During the installation, Tres was unsure if my wiring was correct and up to code. He asked me to contact an electrician and then paid for the electrician service fee when everything checked out okay. Tresâ company installed two Lennox units with a 10-year parts and labor warranty for much less than most other vendors with inferior products and warranties. I highly recommend LPS LLC
